There was construction going on. We were placed by dumpster and light in living area went out and one of the remotes had no batteries in it. But we survived

This is not a resort but rather a townhouse complex. Staff at the check in were friendly. Unit was clean and comfortable but kitchen had very few items. Bed was ok but only queen. This place is OK for sleeping but not to use as a resort. Pool was clean but simple. Area is questionable. Bill boards and storefronts of bail bonds were a sign of the area being a bit shady. Construction was way too loud. There was a check in booth for security guard at entry but we never saw one. I definitely felt it was too far from everything. Would not book again.

Staff was extremely nice. Room was clean. A few of the bathroom tiles were cracked, but overall, it was nice. The complex was quiet at night. The pool was open late everyday. It only took 28-33 mins to get to the Disney parks. Beds were comfy. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a few more dishes in the kitchen. When I called requesting a pan, they brought one right over. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Very nice area! Staff are always so friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the properties on the right and everything is so quiet.

We enjoyed the Villas at Fortune Place - 2 pools, 1 hot tub and a kiddie spray pool. Clean rooms, quiet week to be there (April). We enjoyed Disney attractions, kayaking at Shingle Creek, ICON park, and golfing all less than 50 mins. away.

Location is easy to get to close to groceries and also to parks Pool areas are nice and roomy lots of loungers and tables Lots of outside games It was a very good week Parking passed should be given at check in and it y a third party.
