This place is awful , from the total lack of customer service to its location , hidden charge of $13 a day for what it was explained to me for the internet , pretty much free everywhere in Florida no transport to the park areas and the location basically means be prepared to be stuck in traffic for anything up to two hours on the road outside the resort , the pools are ok absolutely dumped full of chlorine daily it took two days to get the smell off my body . Two days of the nosier gardeners wandering round just blowing leaves around , and two days no tv due to a so called cable error . We normally stay at vacation villages it was unavailable so we gave this a try , NEVER AGAIN we left a day early , so if you’re first choice is unavailable go somewhere else do not stay here

Nice room very clean, one day trash was not picked up till next day. A bit of a wait to get checked in Otherwise, no issues. Area was nice. Convenient to Walmart and food which was a plus. TV channels a little lacking.

The room was great. We had plenty of space for our family. Loved having a washer/dryer in room and the kitchen was great. We would stay again, the first 5 days we really enjoyed the calm, clean, and peaceful atmosphere after the crowds at the parks. This is very close to Disney, Sea Word, and there is shopping and restaurants close too. We used the pool regularly until the last 2 days. Some new guests were a little messy, the last few days were there, no real fault of the hotel. The other guest/kids left garbage and food out at the pool and grounds. This was still one of the best vacations we had and the kids loved having their own room and bathroom.
