Very spacious apartments, well furnished and maintained. Pools great, didn’t take part in organised events but they looked great for families with young children. One great thing was that we could walk to dinner and didn’t need to drive all the time.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The location was excellent - within walking distance to a few shops (grocery, CVS, gifts) and within minutes to Kissammee and Orlando's greatest attractions. Our room was spacious, quiet and very well outfitted. Customer service was exceptional at this property and extremely impressive. We received phone calls asking if we needed any new towels, coffee, etc. as well as a mid-week survey so any problems could be addressed immediately. We did experience a problem in the room towards the end of the week and the manner in which it was handled was extraordinary. Honestly, I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a long time.
The pool and hot tub area was quiet and peaceful and the pool was a nice size. There are some tennis courts, bbq grills and hammocks also on property. They also had some games and things to do during the day but we did not participate because our itinerary did not give us much free time.
The timeshare push (or whatever they are calling it these days) was not aggressive like in other resorts we've been to so we were grateful for that.
We would most definitely be repeat customers if we returned to the area.

This is our eighth time staying here and despite trying other places, we always come back here because it just can't be beat! While the furniture might be dated or cliche, it's comfortable and well maintained with comfortable beds, clean linens and stocked with all you need to get settled in. There are two pools, a mini putting green, places for kids to play, a work out space and much more. The staff are fabulous, always ready to meet every need you might have. As an example, I had a bad accident and wound up having ankle surgery that made me fairly immobile for the first two weeks and then only slightly more so for six weeks after... They came through with ADA equipment for me so I could manage in the unit and arranged it so we could stay another three weeks as easily as you could say "help!". We have stayed here during the pandemic and seen almost hourly evidence of the cleaning that goes on in the common spaces, in addition to the usual social distancing and extra safety precautions.
The location is great, with easy access to all major and minor theme parks in the area as well as more restaurants than you'll ever need! Plenty of shopping near, and with delivery, you couldn't ask for more. Whether you're here when all the units are full, or now when there's space to be had, your experience will be wonderful...I know, because I've done both!

We loved our stay at Orbit 1. The rooms were comfy. The porch was nice. The pools and hot tub were great, especially the heated pool. This was first time we ever had to pay an activity fee of $12,95 + per day. Everything was wonderful, the only downside was the time share talk. It was 3 1/2 hours , more than Any time share ever. , it was grueling. And to get your gift, they sent you to 4 places before they actually gave it to you. A real, sock it to you. Yes I would stay at orbit 1 again, just never attend a time share talk.
Orbit also had the needed in room washer and dryer, so we could bring less clothing. Nice.

The vacation villa is in a great location- convenient to attractions, shopping, and restaurants. It is clean and well equipped including amenities such as laundry detergent, etc. The master bathroom has a weird set up. It's a large soaking tub with a shower, but you have to climb over the high side and into the middle of the very large tub (no jacuzzi jets, just a soaking tub that could easily fit 4 people). And there is no door on the bathroom- just a small water closet for the toilet so obviously there is no sleeping while someone else is in the shower as the light and sound pour into the bedroom. The second bedroom does have a hallway bath that is much easier to manage so we used that since I'm not a tall person and climbing in and out of the master "shower" was ridiculous.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property, and both times I've had great experiences. I booked it on a whim, since it was one of the few places that offered affordable space for my family's vacation, and I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was very spacious and clean. It also had all the appliances and kitchenwares needed for an extended stay. There was even a washer/dryer which was great to avoid doing laundry when returning home. The resort has a nice pool and playground area, and does activities around holiday weekends, which is nice if you don't want to venture out. Best part is it's proximity to Animal Kingdom and other theme parks. My only complaint would be the check-in/check-out times, (4:00pm / 10:00am), respectively. If somehow they would allow early arrivals/late departures, this would make this an even more amazing stay. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great. Would definitely book again. The pool is fantastic. The rooms are very large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a very large soaker tub. It is also comforting to see a security guard walking around.

Worst vacation ever at this place. Orbit One : from the time we arrived at this unit, it was hot. The guest bath tub was clogged and filled with all kind of nasty hair. The toilet seat was broken and to top it off we had problems with the washer and dryer. I called the front desk for help with the problems in the unit and they sent a maintenance person to fix the bath tub and the toilet seat.
The air conditioning was malfunctioning through our stay at this place. They sent the expert technician to fix the ac and we lost one day of our vacation waiting for them to fix the problem. He told us that it was fix but later that night, the air was not working and we couldn't sleep because it was so hot. The following day another technician came to fix the ac and said that the problem was to big and that he had to be moved to another unit. I had reserved the ground floor next to the pool for easy access for our family vacation and now they did not have any more ground floor units and we had to take everything to a second floor. It was storming and raining really hard in Orlando, we two young children and all the bags, grocery food, and all of the things we had set up in the ground floor had to be move with no help from the resort. Worst vacation ever,

Reservations through AFVC. Used primarily as base to visit parks. Facilities were good, check in/out time reasonable, everything worked, reasonably quiet except during a pool party one night, and like washer/dryer in units. 7-night stays do require a $100 fee without any added value.

I'd like to start off by saying the resort isn't terrible. It is clean and well maintained. I could only give it 2 stars though because I don't recommend this resort if you have young children and if you're a non smoker. Every unit has a screened in back patio...with an ashtray! If you are surrounded by Chainsmokers who sit out in their patio all day and night, you can forget about lounging and relaxing on your patio or even leaving the back door open for fresh air. When I booked the villa, it said non smoking...that is a lie. Additionally, if you have children 5 or younger, don't go there. Multiple days in a row, EXTREMELY loud leaf blowers were used all day long. So if your child naps mid afternoon or you don't want to hear the loud leaf blowers during daytime, I don't recommend. Also, I would have thought fresh towels would have been brought each day or every other day. By day 4, I had to call to ask for new towels. I wouldn't have had a problem using the washer and dryer in the room to wash them, however, they are teeny tiny and fit only 5 shirts Max and our dryer took 5hrs to dry the 5 shirts I was even able to wash. Too many inconveniences to deal with for the amount you pay.

Hello , All of our suites have included full kitchens. There is a daily Resort Fee that is collected at check-in of $28.38.
No，you have to drive.
The wifi was good - we figured how to connect Google TV so we had internet TV apps as well - lots of TV stations too.
We were in a three story on the ground level - nice screened in patio. I think only third floor would have sky lights. We were an end unit facing east - lots of sun
