If you just go to sleep I gest is OK but not to have a family trip and the cleanest I wast in poor condition I think I be in holiday in and wast cleanness then the park royal and wast missing dinning set

I would recommend this place. We crashed here after our red eye flight. I’m usually picky but this place was clean, friendly, convenient, and well priced. Was super impressed with the cleanliness of it, just wish the pillows were a bit better or had more

There was allot of noise over night
Couldn't get any sleep found hair in the shower front desk check in was horrible no greetings straight to the deposit and they write you credit card info down on a separate peice of paper not very secure.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. Check-in was easy If there was a problem they took care of it. The was very clean. Due to shortage of staff house cleaning was not every day. However, they let you know upfront at check-in and if you need something let them know. The is close to restaurants, grocery stores and Silver Spur Area.

Every single staff member we came in contact with was extremly friendly and helpful From the front desk for check in and check out to the cleaning staff. The rooms were very clean, the pool and playground was awesome the kids loved it. The bed were comfortable and the price alone was so affordable! This was a great stay and we look forward to booking again!!!!

Our home was being renovated due to lousy management, and the staff at the Park Royal Orlando hotel were welcoming, understanding, and empathetic. If I were in need of another hotel stay, I will definitely pick the Park Royal Orlando hotel to stay in again.
