The management team is off sight and really couldn't care less. Whenever I called I always got a song and dance. They weren't there. They weren't on site, it wasn't their fault. From the first time I called to the day I left. It didn't change.
Bldg. A - Resort needs maintenance from dirty elevators, stairwells covered with spiders and outside balcony's floors from rooms were very dirty. Kids feet were very black when they return into room. Also was never told it was not a 2 bedroom unit with 1 kitchen?
This was a short stay but we loved it. Our Jr unit was updated & clean. It’s the first time we’ve stayed here in years & we’re pleasantly surprised. The work out room, grounds & pool were also great
We all enjoyed our stay & will stay again
Excellent property. Huge renovated room. I would definitely stay there again. Cynthia and Jesus were extremely helpful with checkin and checkout. Very convenient location and easy in and out. Lots of free parking.
Things broke, couldn't get fixed, (electrical and water), air filter clogged, not changed in months dead plant, garbage on walkway all week, pool very dirty, mold in jacuzzi, workout room but can't get in. Some cooking things not in unit.
