Just stayed at Festiva in Orlando and it was great. Tamela and Aron were very professional and helpful. We had to check in in the middle of the night and it was no problem everything was ready for us when we arrived the suite was clean and perfect for 4 of us. Definitely will be back. This was a family vacation to Orlando and we decided to stay at Festiv. On arrival we were greeted by the Staff and the were very Friendly and helpful on local surroundings of places to go and eat. Pamela was a Great host she is a great asset to this company. The pool was nice and the room was great with all accommodations.

I had a excellent stay with my family at the Festiva Resort. The rooms were Very spacious! The kids loved the pool and activities you can do by the pool. Altho the Spa could use some work Will will definitely visit here again.

Booked this for our first facility vacation in five years. Drove to resort from a long flight only to see resort was shuttered!! Called RCI and conveniently sent us across Orlando to dive named “Fantasy Resort II.” It was a nightmare not fantasy. Unit melted of rotten fish, ceiling popcorn ceiling hanging down, hide-a-bed bedding and tress cover had blood stains. Main bed had a mattress that sunk to foundation and pillows were flat. Of crs every other timeshare was booked so we had to stay over the weekend until I could patch together three different RCI locations to stay somewhere else. Oh pool heater broken, hot tub closed etc. Staff was kind but knew this was not a suitable property to bait and switch to. You have been warned. Do not book!!!!!! Worse experience in my 20 Yr RCI membership. We leave today. None too soon!

We are sorry about the booking issue you experienced. Unfortunately, Due to COVID the resort was closed.
The resort is allowing reservations yet they have been closed since December and they route the customers to a motel looking location. I was never notified the resort was closed and found out when I arrived at the location. The location they sent us instead was old, smelly, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the place looked like it was falling apart it has cracks all over the bathroom, and the list can go on. It was a horrific experience.
