we've stayed here several times. You can't beat this value in south Florida beach-side period ! it's steps from the Ocean and broadwalk. Clean, modern, and comfortable. They even provide free beach chairs & towels. You'd have to be a total Karenzilla to leave this place a poor review !
Not sure I’d call this a “boutique” hotel. It’s an affordable older place in a good location that has been updated to a point but suffers from some inexplicable scruffiness. The windows in my room were filthy, the Venetian blinds old and creaky and not a cup of coffee to be found in the room or lobby.
We had a blast and this lodging was a bug part of it.
Location is perfect. You can walk back and forth from your room to the beach and back all day it’s so close.
Room #71 is the absolute bomb. We were on a family trip 2 adults 1 child.

Hotel has a small comfortable pool. They are generous with beach towels. We rented a beach setup for each Day that was reserved and fro t row.
Key - what it’s not. This is not the four seasons. It is a small, value lodging. If u want the full service experience you will not be happy, if u want to chill and have a classic boardwalk experience I think you will struggle to do better.- Comfortable bed and linens.
Old air conditioners in rooms, they are very noisy, and disturb sleep, can’t rest at night; otherwise the place is good. Close to Boardwalks, restaurants. Some rooms are really updated with new a/c, hopefully they’ll install newer ones
A friend and I planned a trip to the beach and found this place online. We had a wonderful trip due to the amenities that this place offered. Proximity to the beach and the ability to rent beach chairs and towels for free is a game changer! The staff was very nice and accommodating. We felt completely safe and comfortable staying here. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends!
