I've stayed there over the past 4 years and love the place, still do. BUT, it's not the same anymore since. The lush garden was previously so beautiful. Not its dirty and and flowers and palm trees are not looked after. Even the pool is dirty. The rooms are not clean anymore and lacks appliencis. When Juan cleaned and maintained the property it was spotless. One good thing is that Keith is still there, at least some days. He's a rock and somebody The North beach village should be very proud of. If he'd run the place I would def come back.
Me among many other guest the last week were discussing that this place no longer is what it used to be. For example: no manager on sight, parking expenses, no breakfast, no lights in the pool after dark, dirty, no toaster ( forks, knifes,etc), no towels by the pool, broken ice dispenser, broken blinds, etc. Improve and I will comeback.

The location is very central to a lot of places along with excellent service from Keith. The property has a awesome pool and is super private which makes it even more relaxing.. If you want a place with a fun vibe and excellent customer service then here is the go to.

It was our 4th time at this establishment and we very much enjoyed it. A small hidden gem and very affordable!! We both are athletic and maintain active lifestyles even on vacations which entails walking around in order to have an authentic local experience. We prepare our own breakfast/lunches. Chris and I enjoyed going out for the run in the morning on the Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, headed back to our studio to cook breakfast then enjoyed sunbathing by the pool. Would recommend you to eat at the Casablanca Cafe (8-10 minutes) walk from the resort for lunch one day. Everyday around 3pm when sun isn’t strong, we headed to the beach via the Sebastian Street beach (a 10 min walk).

Bike sharing program is a new addition to the area and you can pick up a bicycle from one of many station locations and return it to the same or any other nearby station, how convenient! We used that to run to nearby CVS/Publix (grocery store)/liquor stores :)

At night, we UBERed to Wilton Manor and it’d cost you only 10 bucks! Much cheaper when compared to Washington D.C. area!!

In a nutshell, a great hidden gem for the right price and do not expect too much.. Enjoy the tranquility and stay active!!
