Great location, clean units,accommodating staff!
We have stayed in three of their units and loved all of them. Very clean, well maintained and beautiful surroundings.

Loved the condo, great hot tub and pool. The clubhouse deck overlooking the pool was incredible, we played ping pong there and had a great time. Nice condo, everything seemed really new.

Great unit. Clean, well stocked, nicely decorated. Close to pool and hot tub. Very nice staff. Would stay again.

We booked our stay, paid in full (there was no cancellation policy) and 5 days before our stay we were told "the owners have decided to come into town and they will be staying there." Pardon me? This apparently is an option? We got moved down the mountain and were given a very, very small discount from our rate (that we already paid). Worst service ever! BE AWARE THE OWNERS CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME AND YOU (not them) WILL BE SHUFFLED AROUND.
Room tip: Don't stay in this hotel. Horrible customer service.

Wonderful living quarters with a full kitchen. An ‘on demand’ shuttle service which is exceptional in its service and a grocery store close by. The condos are clean and serviced every 3 days. Best of all, Ski In & Ski Out! This is our second time here.
Room tip: Each condo is provided with a sheltered parking spot.

Upon the check in, the staff was not friendly. Not rude, but just not friendly. Like they were just over it and couldn’t care less about you. The “lobby” is small and uninviting. We booked a 2 bedroom deluxe and were led astray by pictures online. The condo is musty, smells like a nursing home, and needs updating desperately. The bed is SO uncomfortable and super squeaky. Worst mattress we’ve experienced at a Hyatt, honestly Hyatt place is leaps and bounds better. The pillows on the couches are so tattered and worn; can’t even use them because so many feathers are coming out. The only plus is that it’s clean like Hyatt’s standard but that’s about it. Honestly, Hyatt should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this place.
Room tip: Just stay away. Book somewhere else.
