Top of the Village was perfectly located (true ski in/ski out), beautiful and comfortable unit (Trails 307), very well furnished and great value! Their private van used for getting up and back from the base or the mall for restaurants, etc, could not have been better - reliable, short waits (we never waited more than 3-4 minutes, it was more often they had to wait on us to get to the designated pick up spot). The staff, from the main office to housekeeping was very good and made sure we never needed anything. I will stay there again the next opportunity I have to get back out to Snowmass. My only caution is that you understand each unit is privately owned and will be furnished differently. However, my understanding is they group their units into three categories, depending on their level and how recently updates have been made. Management, I understand, keep their reigns on owners to comply with agreed upon accommodation levels - so talk to them about which level you are looking for. You won't go wrong with any of the units as best I could tell.

We stayed at the Top of the village condo's. Ski in and out is really a plus. Snowmass does an excellant job in grooming.The mountain has areas for all level of skiers. Especially like the option for a non skier to take the gondola to a restaurant on the mountain for a nominal charge.

This is one of the very best recommended places to stay at snowmass I felt so warmly welcomed I stayed here with my 2 year old and husband and we loved the way this property is kept. They even have swimming pool jacuzzi and hot tub. We had fun time in hot tub very relaxing .it is close to snowmass mall so you can take shuttle and check shops. The services this place provides are exceptional staff was very kind even gave brownie with marshmallows to my little one. Sergio at front desk and Garrett the guy who help you with luggage were very kind and informative . This place is. Total must stay. I stayed at cabin with sky run in Estes park and compared both properties and ended up finding out that this place is more affordable and beautiful so will recommend to every mother or family looking for their next vacation

Top of the Village Condominiums was a great ski in, ski out experience. The unit was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Our Unit was right off one of the green trails, we literally skied out our back door in the morning and returned in the afternoon. No ski shuttles to ride or wait for, we were right on the slopes. The staff, especially the shuttle drivers were very friendly and always courteous. They were very helpful in recommending dinner locations and giving advice on any ski question. The pools were clean and the hot tub was great for a warm soak after a day on the slopes. I look forward to returning next year for another ski vacation.
I own a vacation rental management company in Navarre Florida and know the efforts it takes to operate a complex like the Top of the Village. The Management and Staff do a great job maintaining and operating the Condominium property and associated amenities. Owners and guest alike should be proud of the management company.

I found Top of the Village by accident while looking for a place to spend a long weekend in Snowmass. Sometimes the best things happen by accident. First of all, Snowmass is significantly less expensive than Aspen in terms of lodging. The location is fantastic, views forever, hiking, grocery store, shopping and food. The TOV has a pool and 2 hot tubs that we used. We had a bottom floor which wasn't very noisy and a grill outside on a little patio. Bonus was the visit we got from the fox. Very cool for the kids! The condo had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, washer/dryer, not sure what else you need? People were friendly and generally quite between 11-7, which is normal. Also, the people who work for TOV really went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Can't recommend it enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Leaf, Top of the village. The condo was great except one thing that you hear people walking on the top floor constantly...it drove my husband crazy but for me it was okay since we could still sleep okay and only heard them early in the am( maybe they were walking in their snow ski boots in the condo) Condo had a true ski in ski out access which was very convenient. The shuttle service was also great. Anytime you need it you make a call and it’s there to take you anywhere you need to go in Snowmass. As far as going to Aspen or buttermilk mountains there is a great city bus system that will take you there. During day time busses go almost every 10 minutes or so.
Pool was heated, hot tub was great and it also had a sauna which was superb! Stuff at the gate house was super nice and oh I forgot to mention, every day we had a cleaning ladies come to take out trash and do whatever you need them to do.

These condos are located at the perfect location. You are in a ski in and ski out facility with free and immediate shuttle service to the village mall restaurants and stores. The mountain is huge and impeccably groomed every day with several different restaurants and some of the best service staff I have ever encountered.

We went the week before Christmas. I was really surprised by the location. It was right on the slopes and had great views and easy access. While getting this location was a bit expensive it was well worth it. The condos were spacious for our family of 4, but we could have easily added a few more people. At 9000ft the elevation was something that we had to acclimate to. Lots of water and Ibuprofen if you are susceptible, but you cannot beat the location. We got a rental car, so on our last night I was worried as snow was coming in. I called down to the office and they seemed a bit perplexed by my worry. I was wandering if I needed to get the car down the mountain in case of bad weather. They told me not to worry as they would have the car port cleaned off. But I was worried about the steep mountain. They laughed and let me know that the entire road was heated and not to worry. That was awesome. The wooden beams that are evidently structural add great charm to the rooms and family area. The fireplace held a TV and was wrapped by windows. I found myself looking out of the windows more than looking at the TV or fireplace.
There were all the amenities of a condo and storage locker for the ski gear.
We will likely come back to Snowmass and when we do we will stay here.

Awesome location for ski in, ski out. Depending on the unit you rent, if on ground floor, you can walk out your patio door and get right onto the slopes and return the same way. Top of the Village has an awesome shuttle service that you can call for rides to Clarks market, Snowmass Mall or anywhere inbetween. Call their number and they will tell you within the minute when the shuttle will arrive. It was never longer than 6 minutes wait to get the shuttle. Units had humidifiers for the bedrooms. Kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking. Nice Weber gas grill just outside the patio door. Awesome if you are looking for a great ski in ski out. We rented a "premier" unit. It was ok. Older condo units with updates. Washer/dryer in the unit helps to reduce the amount of clothes needed on trip. Beds were just serviceable. Not the most comfortable but were ok.

It is a nice condo with beautiful location,the view to the slope and the access to the slope is perfect. The kitchen could be better equipped ( we missed a citrus and garlic press and a big pot) and cleaner ( there were,oily fingerprints at the kitchen Cabinet handles). The beds were convenient and the size of the condo is generous.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm 99.9% sure no, you cannot bring pets. In fact, while I was searching for places in Aspen/Snowmass, MOST places were NOT pet friendly. A house here and there, and the prices were really high for the ones that allowed pets. Most condos didn't.
Filters yes. Coffee, sugar, creamer and FYI salt and pepper no.
Yes they do , as well as soap for the sink , washing machine and dishwasher .
1 pool, 1 jacuzzi.
They are both open all winter, so I assume they are open all year.
