Great location with affordable price

We enjoyed our stay, but the room needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance (vent fan was hanging by two screws). The bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly to remove mold/mildew and the floor around the toilets needs cleaning. It's also very close to a nightclub which had authorized louder than normal music for a weekend event. We were the room closest to the nightclub.

HGV staff is downright harassing. BBB should know about this.

I'm specifically speaking about my experience as an owner with the HGV transition. They harassed me prior to my check in and called me at least 30 times to try to force me to sit for a presentation. I'm thinking of selling my ownership.
The nightclub across the street is insanely loud.

Adult time

Great room, great customer service, and best yet great price. Had a awesome stay. Close to downtown. We will definitely be coming back, this is our 4th time staying at the Marquis Villas Resort and we are never disappointed.

Would not recommend to go this hotel due to poor condition. So many things need to be repaired. Sad, tho. The location is excellent but not the hotel. The pool is nice! Basically it needs a facelift..

Lock your car

We had a great stay, you can bring your own coolers to pool, music is quiet and not great but relaxing. unfortunately our car was broken into, IN THE PARKING GARAGE, must have been an employee because they didn't steal the golf bag and clubs, just rummaged through and stole a pricey range finder, divot tools and ball marks.

Very rundown

The location is great if you want to be in the heart of Palm Springs, but the resort and our room was extremely rundown, old and looked and felt dirty. I would never go there again even though it was a great location.
