Carlsbad Seapointe is a very comfortable, affordable property. It is literally on the coast, with beautiful views of the ocean. It has many activities right on the property. Most of them are family themed but also some adult themed too, eg, wine tasting or Margarita Mondays. Several pools, basketball court, tennis, pickle ball, cornhole, fire pits, etc. But the best thing about this property is the staff. They are all really friendly and helpful. Trevor at the front desk is outstanding. Very helpful, always pleasant and really good with computers. He couldn't be better. Julio in security helped me get checked in to my room at 2 am (late flight). He was also really pleasant, even at that late hour. Noemid and Rosario were housekeepers that cleaned my room. Again, really nice, friendly, helpful and competent. That kind of summarizes my experience with all the staff. And having friendly, helpful, competent staff is probably the single most important factor for me. Again, the facilities were very nice but the staff went above and beyond. A special group of people. I will definitely return.

Friendly and helpful employees

Stayed 17 days @ Carlsbad Seapointe Resort for a relaxing time away from Phoenix heat. We were impressed with all the staff from checking in to checking out. Short walk across a highway to the beach or just enjoy the hot tubs, pools and all the other activities. Really quiet and peaceful and easy to communicate with staff ~ just a text away. Trevor @ front desk was a real winner (helping us before and during our stay). We've been time-sharing since 1989 and would rate this resort in the top 10...

1st annual family vacation

We stayed at the seapointe 6/3-6-8 and we had the most incredible time. Trevor is amazing at customer service and he helped my family every night we were there. Dexter was in charge of the bbq, the complimentary wine and margaritas and he also made the trip so special! I was so sad to leave and we have officially found our vacation spot!! All in all the staff is exceptional and they really know how to treat their guests.

Service exceeded expectations!

The service is what we remember about this hotel. The front desk, housekeeping, and repair staff were all prompt, friendly and helpful. Madison at the front desk was especially helpful in resolving a room assignment issue.

Room tip: FYI some rooms are not accessible by elevator.

Beautiful place to vacation, perfect location so close to the beach!!!

Great place to stay. The location was perfect, my condo was large, clean, safe and had everything i needed. My room was in a great location in the resort and had a patio facing the ocean, fabulous view. The resort team members were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and events - special shout out to Raymond, Dexter and Trevor! The daily activities were fun, especially the wine happy hour and the margarita Monday. Had so much fun creating a picture and enjoying wine and cheese! Thanks to everyone that made this a memorable experience! I enjoyed it so much i am returning in the fall!

Loved this, wanted to stay longer!

Absolutely loved this place. I only stayed for 1 night but wouldn't have minded a second night. The room was very big and you had everything you need. The beds were fantastic, the blankets and pillows were perfect. The staff was super friendly and made you feel really comfortable. The arcade room was fun, played some games. Parking system was very clear and lots of parking was available. Would 100% book this again!
