Great location with great Pacific Ocean views. Very nice clean rooms and very helpful staff. Great resort activities with fire pits and pools. It was nice to have the room ready early when we got there and have discounts on restaurants and local events and shows . Thanks for making it a great stay

This resort is beautifully located right across the street from the ocean providing views of beautiful sunsets, excellent access to the beach, great resort activities, and exceptional service, especially Manny at the front desk. The concierge had secured for the day and my wife and I wanted to get a recommendation of a Mexican restaurant. He recommended Miguel’s and we had a delightful dinner. Manny was consistently helpful throughout out stay. He is one of many quality staff, including the activities staff and the house keeping staff.
This is a Hilton Resort which is part of the Hilton Grand Vacation Club. You can reserve this property even though you are not a member if there is availability.
We visit this resort at least twice a year and never tire of the well maintained facilities, great staff, and activities. If you love the beach and the ocean, this resort is a must.

We had a Tops room 307 with the Best sunsets. We Love all the employees. This time Dexter went out of his way to help when our room lock failed-- Manny at front desk helpful as his master key not working so offered us the lobby with TV and hot choc as Dexter brought muffins. We had been at his Bingo so he knew the situation. Once home Dexter also notified us of another owner who wanted contact. Leo worked hard on the lock for a few hours. Then in the moring Donald learned the problem and it was fixed. Donald along with Julio spent a couple of days working on the fireplace and got it to working also. My husband and I spent 5 weeks here relaxing after being ill. The weather was lovely and I enjoyed long swims in the adult pool everyday. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. Dexter worked very hard organising lots of activities and organising free drinks and nibbles for those who wanted them. He was very helpful at the button/pin making activity and helped me to make lots from my own pictures. The cleaning ladies were all very obliging and happy to provide anything that was running low. Towels were often presented as cute animals by being folded in an origami style. There were even classes offered on how to do this! I met the charming maintenance man, Donald, in the lift one day and he asked if anything needed fixing. I said that there was a screw missing from our door lock. Two minutes later it was fixed.

I would like to keep this hidden gem to myself. I believe every room has an ocean view, the rooms have a lot of amenities as well as the hotel itself. Upon arrival, the hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. It’s the little attention to details that made this trip memorable. There was even a bottle of wine on the table when we walked in the room, as well as coffee for the morning and some microwave popcorn if we wanted. Each day the hotel had an activity planned in the lobby for gas. On the first day we even got some fresh chocolate chip cookies. I could go on and on about all the little details each day that we stayed but I think you get the point...ohhh .. and the customer service was very good. We will definitely be back to enjoy the Spot more often. Is conveniently located near numerous fun places and activities. Love this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carlsbad Seapointe is like coming home to an extended family every year. The staff is exceptional. There are always many opportunities to enjoy resort sponsored activities and most of them are free! Dexter is in charge of these events and he does a great job. Don't miss out on free Margarita night or the Thursday night wine and cheese. Dexter has very generous pours! From small children to us retired folks, there is something for everyone. The resort also has complimentary beach toys, chairs, etc. for the beach as it is located directly across the road. However, we have never used these items because it is a bit of a chore to get down to the beach. You do have to cross a busy 4 lane highway and go through the state beach campground down their steps to get to the ocean. There is a light at the highway and it does give you plenty of time to cross so that didn't bother us. We did have a beautiful view of the ocean. There are 2 outdoor heated pools and the amenities of the resort are meticulously maintained with many flowers blooming even in January. The grounds are just lovely and the man in charge of them does this mostly by himself I think. All very impressive and most enjoyable to walk around in. From the service at the front desk, to housekeeping staff, and entire crew, we couldn't be happier at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort. I didn't want to leave and look forward to coming back next year! Restaurant tip. Pelly's Seafood Fish Market has the most wonderful fresh fish, cooked to order or from their extensive menu and we ate there quite often. Reasonably priced, fresh and delicious. Next to a very nice grocery store, called Ralph's. Only a few miles from the resort and easy to get to. The cooked sea bass was the best I've ever had!

The main draw was the great location right across from the beach. Friendly greeting upon arrival. Room wasn’t ready for early check in so spent the time enjoying the sun poolside at the adult pool. No food onsite but was easy to order delivery to the resort. The room was comfy with all the necessities and the view was amazing - sunsets everyday were beautiful. For being close to the beach it was pretty quiet which was great. Everyone masked up and followed social distancing protocols. Rooms were sanitized including the tv remote and all the dishes, cutlery & placemats. Look forward to staying there again!

This is a two-bedroom unit at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort. Not only is there no grass, pool or oceanview, this is the only unit with bushes that block the balcony. This is despicable!! Look to the left and right of this unit all the balconies have no bushes and unobstructed views. Whose bad idea was this??!!
I was told despite your request the rooms are assigned based on a lottery when not an owner. We own and stayed at multiple timeshare resorts worldwide and this is a first. Know what you're getting before you trade your unit or pay to stay.

Everything was absolutely great about this beautiful resort. We asked for an ocean view room upon arrival and Raymond accommodated this, very patiently explained the differences between two units he had available for us so we could make the right choice. We ended up with a unit where we could see the waves coming in on the beach. It is an easy walk across a street and down some stairs to access the beach. You definitely need a car when staying here, it isn’t close to other tourist places, but we enjoyed the ocean view driving into downtown. All facilities were very clean and the housekeeping staff ready to help. We were asked at least three times how our week was going by the staff. We used the hot tub, the adult pool, table tennis and pool table. I also did water aerobics, this was geared to an older group than at other resorts I have done this activity at, there was no music. You also get a card that gives you discounts on various local restaurants. Also the best thing was that there was no timeshare sales pitch invitation (we ae RCI owners). We would visit again in a heartbeat.

We were thrilled with our 1-bedroom ocean view suite for our Christmas vacation! The kitchen/dining area was so spacious & well stocked that we were able to have friends & relatives from Oceanside over for Christmas dinner by the fireplace! Though the air was too chilly for us (we're in our 70s), adults & children were swimming & splashing is the 2 heated pools. Loved the outdoor fire pits. We enjoyed walking across the streets to the ocean. Trevor at the front desk was extremely helpful! Hope to return in the future!
