The trip was excellent, but the Pop entertainer Vladimir is terrific, 10/10. He is very entertaining and a fantastic person to have fun around. The whole resort was enjoyable, and i will definitely come again! I met so many amazing staff and they taught me how to dance and make margaritas

Vladimir, the entertainer was very professional in what he does I had so much fun activities for us. Coca-Cola our other instructor for Zumba I had so much fun doing Zumba for the first time. this is my first time at the resort and I would definitely be back and be doing all these activities with these instructors again I had so much fun here thank you. I even learned how to make margarita so now I’m a professional margarita maker

Just returned from 11 night stay in paradise. Changed rooms on arrival. Had the best holiday. Rooms cleaned every day. Beaches were beautiful. Lots of gorgeous pools. You have access to 3 resorts palace, punta cana & bavaro for buffets & pools and all amazing. Everyone was really friendly. Hemmingway bar after the shows at the theatre was fun. Can’t wait to return.

If I had the time I could write a book on the likes and dislike of this resort!! The food was nasty and the employees around the resort need to learn how to communicate better and improve on their personal skills with people paying their hard earned money on that resort!! Not all of the employees were rude, but a lot them were. The best part was the spa and the Swedish massage I received it was awesome!!

I truly regret the impression you have perceived about some of our staff. Our intention is everything runs as it is supposed to; in fact, as you can read in most of our reviews situations like yours are not norm in here neither represent over all of our service and facilities, on the contrary all our staff are frequently praised for their politeness, the ability to speak multiple languages, work ethic and excellent service in this particular area. We will continue with training and developing our staff to ensure that they are always able to deliver the satisfaction of our guests, which is our main goal.
