We are especially concerned to learn that the quality of the food in our restaurants did not meet your expectations and that you and your travel companions felt unwell after your meals. In this regard, it is important to note that our Resort is part of several internationally recognized food audit companies, such as Hs Consulting and more, which monitor all of our food handling, health and safety standards. These are renowned international companies based in Europe and our Resort applies their highest international standards. It is good to mention that certain risks are involved when traveling to the tropics; There are several factors that can contribute to diseases such as climate, temperature variation, the combination of foods and drinks, excessive exposure to the sun that predispose people to react to gastrointestinal manifestations. In any case, we will investigate together with our Quality team and take the appropriate actions to guarantee our esteemed guests the usual quality of services.
Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the temperature in the rooms. We know how important comfort is during your stay and we are sorry that you were not able to rest properly due to the lack of efficient air conditioning. We will be investigating these maintenance issues to ensure they are resolved and do not impact future guests.
