We had spent ten days at the resort and had a wonderful vacation. To start with, the beach is beautiful! Clean, white sand, clear and calm waters. Palm trees create the perfect shade from the sun.

The resort has a fantastic entertainment team! The guys and the girls are full of energy and they work tirelessly morning to night to ensure that the guests are having a good time. During the day, they lead various fitness activities (stretching at the beach has become my favorite part of the day) as well as many games and competitions. There are also shows every night: dance shows, karaoke nights, discos. It's really fun! The Chocolate song and dance is still stuck in my head :) Shout out to Marcos, who's very friendly and engaging, and who helped us feel welcome.

There are four restaurants at the resort, and we enjoyed them all. The restaurants alternate on a daily basis, but you have to be up early in order to make a reservation. The staff at the restaurants is very friendly and attentive. We definitely enjoyed our dinners there. The buffet is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it also has great food. They also have cooks preparing eggs in the morning, as well as things like pasta, chicken, beef during lunch and dinner. They prepare delicious meals with a smile. However, we were a little disappointed with the service at the buffet. Of course, the food is self-serve, but unfortunately, we often had to wait for the tables to be cleaned and for water/coffee/drinks to served.

If I'm not mistaken, there are three bars at the resort. But we generally went to the pool bar. Drinks were delicious and the bartenders were also attentive and friendly.

The resort itself is also very clean and well-kept. We initially had a problem with our room, brought it to the reception's attention and were moved into a different room quite quickly. The only recommendation I would encourage is to allow guests to have access to beach towels after check out. Our check-out was at 12 pm, we remained at the hotel until 3 pm, but were not allowed to use beach towels, which was very disappointing. In our previous experiences, resorts allow guests to have access to towel cards even after check out, but to be turned in before they leave the resort. We even offered to give a deposit so we could continue to use beach towels but the request was denied. That was unfortunate.

Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing vacation at the resort, and I want to thank all of the staff for making it an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the beach party was cancelled due to the rain. That was a bummer since we were really looking forward to it. But I guess that means we'll have to come back :)

Margo’s energy was through the roof when we got to the resort and it was awesome mad my stay a lot more exciting , great guy 👍. The beach was awesome and the service was very good happy to be here.😊

This resort is located right on the beach and had 2 pools on the property, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view on the beachside is amazing I couldn’t get enough of it and there is a nice breeze coming off the sea all day so it’s not too hot.

There are three scheduled buffet meals which offer a wide variety of options daily, as well as a 24hr snack bar that provides pizza, burgers, hot dogs, and French fries, additionally there are 3 specialty restaurants operated on alternating nights with Mediterranean, Tex-Amex, and Dominican menus.

There are daily activities ranging from yoga to competitive games, and nightly shows with choreographed dances some of which include/involve guests. All activities are hosted by the most energetic and friendly staff members, all the staff here is very helpful and welcoming which made our stay even better.

With a few cosmetic upgrades to the rooms this could easily be a 4 star resort, I would visit again.
