My experience with hotel was amazing!!!! I realized that I booked a hotel 2 hours from Punta Cana airport. I called the hotel the day before, I spoke to Geraldo Solis, he quickly found me a taxi to transport me from the airport to the hotel. He made my entire experience in Dominican Republic, since this is my first time here. He went above and beyond. He is kind and helpful and any employer would be lucky to have him. Give him a raise! He has very strong potential for management. His focus is managing client experience and he is perfect at that and so kind. When I got to the hotel there was some misunderstanding with the room, but I blame that entirely on Expedia, Expedia’s customer service is rude. You should learn from Geraldo! After speaking to a supervisor, she assured me they will be able to accommodate me. She was very kind and polite. The hotel manager Belkys Taveras quickly found me proper accommodation. She is very professional. She knew what needed to be done and executed amazingly! She is ready for any leadership position she desires. The food was really good, there was an option of buffet and two restaurants that you make reservations the day of. I liked the buffet a lot since there was always plenty of options to experience different variety of foods. Since this was my first time in country, I wanted to experience the food. If you ever in that hotel ask Silvia the manager of the buffet for a Chinola, its this passion fruit juice to die for! Every time she brought me another one we would scream Chinola. Shw even had one of the girls make fresh Chinola juice for me, which is passion fruit juice! She was amazing! The entertainment in the hotel is one of a kind. There is always something to do! From morning yoga to zoomba to shows at night that are done in a theater outside. They have beach parties and night shows. If you like entertainment there is always something to do! Yissely and Cesar are amazing! High energy, great performers. Im writing this review as I go, I would like to mention Geraldo Solis again, his focus is managing client experience, he is amazing at it. He can treach hotel staff on what high hotel experience looks like. The service is amazing but he thinks about the experiencew in a way that will drive traffic to your hotel over and over again. He should be a manager of hotel and customer experience! The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the staff works tirelessly to ensure that everything is up to par! Whenever I travel safety is really important to me and I felt safe on the hotel premises and outside. I went to travel agency and a bank located outside I took a motorcycle tax but the whole time I felt completely safe. I never for once felt uncomfortable. Thank you to Jose, Manuela and Victoria from the buffet, you always put smile on my face. Ambrosia from the buffet is always such a pleasure to deal with, she always has the biggest and most welcoming smile on her face.And if you want a great drink go see Jose at the pool bar, he will always make sure you have something amazing to drink! The hotel offers an amazing experience, everyone is smiling and willing to help each other out. Its like a big family.
Lastly again Geraldo Solis you have blessed me in so many ways on my first trip to Dominican republic. Your kindness is not comparable, and I truly consider a blessing meeting you my friend!
