Lands in Love is a completely unique experience, and something I am so incredibly grateful to have done in my lifetime. Spending a week here was magical - from the delicious food, to the wonderful staff, to the adventure activities scheduled daily - and it all comes with the knowledge you're supporting the no-kill animal sanctuary that gives a second chance to so many animals in need.

Getting to spend time both in the native wildlife on forest tours and with the friendly animals roaming the grounds was an absolute pleasure. I don't want to go anywhere that doesn't have a free from reception cat anymore!

It's a beautiful spot in itself, but also only an hour from La Fortuna too - we took a day trip to the thermal springs with a free day and it was the best of both worlds. I am in love with Lands in Love and I'm sure you will be too!!

What an amazing experience. In the middle of the national park and only 30 minutes from Arenal Vulcano, it is this amazing place. The resort is inside a vast private mountain/jungle, managed by Naama and her friends with amazing atmosphere, great food all made in-house with fresh healthy ingredients, and nature to die for.

Wow this place has exceeded all of my expectations!! The property is absolutely stunning and massive, with so much to see and do. I loved getting to spend time with all the animals (dogs, cats, horses, goats, bunnies, birds, etc) and helping to walk the dogs, I completely fell in love with one that I wish I could have taken home! The work they do for these rescue animals is so amazing and heartwarming. The activities they offer too were so much fun and very memorable. We did the ATV, canyoning, and our favorite the ziplining. The food on property was also a huge plus, some of the best resort food I’ve ever had and they also had fresh Costa Rica coffee and juices every single day. I want to come back to visit annually, I’ve really fallen in love with this place!
