On the 1st day at the breakfast I was taking the coffee in my hand to the reception area and the hotel staff stopped me saying it’s not allowed and I religiously did as per the instructions. But behind me there was a white couple who left with 2 cups of coffee and a plate full of food. The hotel staff ignored them. When I approached the staff why she did not stop them she simply said that she did not see. But me and my family was withness to the fact that the couple walked through her. The next night when i asked for room service they said they would serve us in 25 minutes. Later on when I called to check the staff just said they can’t serve . Cherry on top , on the day of our check out the staff claimed we stole bath robe, towel and beach bag. Later which the hotel staff agreed that all where found in the room itself and it was mere mistake from staff. I asked the receptionist to talk to manager for such behavior and false accusations. The manager “Audi” was very harsh and shouted at us in front my family and our young kids and other guests. This exact words by him “ do whatever you want I don’t care”. As an individual I would like to ask the department of tourism is this how you treat your guest? I felt like I came to Phuket paid the money for 14 of us to get insulted. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at least in 30 different hotels. Never have I ever experienced such brutal behavior. I would never suggest this resort to anyone.
