Welcome hotel apartment was located in a very convenient place in Deira. Stayed for 4 nights in one bedroom apartment which was nice. It has full kitchenette, microwave, washing machine with dryer and big fridge. But when it comes to Housekeeping, standards were really poor for a deluxe(4star) apartment. When I check in there were no bath mat and also the shower was broken. They informed me there is no person to repair the shower and they provided me with a bucket and a jug. Next day this issue was fixed. Second day they kept a bath mat and forgot to keep the towels. For continuously 3 days they forgot to keep the towels and I have to keep on calling the reception for towels.
And more over they provide only two bath towels. Neither face towels or hand towels. Also you will find only two pillows. Have to improve their Housekeeping standards to get repeated guests.

Stayed for 2 weeks, excellent location, great hospitality by GM Mr Babar and his colleagues. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable apartment type stay, lot of food options nearby, very close to metro station and shopping areas.

Initial check in was straight forward since we have booked and paid everything online.
Unfortunately, we were given a studio room(smells damp cloth inside the room) instead of the executive room that i have booked and paid for. I went back to the reception to ask for the room that we have booked. It was sorted out eventually and they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom but we still need to wait 30 min before we can get the room.

We decided to have lunch while we wait for the room to be ready. The room is similar to what i have booked based on the picture on the website so in not really sure if we were upgraded.

The room was below average, big space but below average room.
Bed sheet a bit yellowish
Damaged office chairs (Pen marks on the seat and synthetic leather peeling off)
Torn sofa cushion
Pull out bed mattress was very dirty(Yellow color and it smells.)
No face towels.
Had to ask to replace one of the bath towel.(Old, torn edges and has a hole like a discarded cloth)
Water bottle in the room was not sealed.
Housekeeping staff insisted to clean the room 10am even though we did not ask to clean the room. His explanation was they are busy later so they need to clean it now.

Fire alarm went off twice around 4am on our first night.

Over all its below average. Size of the room was big but the room and facilities is poor and not maintained.

And also just to add, never managed to check the pool area since its always under maintenance.
