Room was fine, definitely on the small size (coming from the US). The desk was practical and comfortable. I spent many hours working from the desk and it worked well for me.
The huge highlight is the food court downstairs. Enough food choices, can’t beat the convenience. I stayed 10 days and I did run out of new things to eat but it was still good.
Cleaning service was good. The laundry service was expensive but that is to be expected.
Conveniently located. Would stay again.

The staff is very nice and helpful! The summer family package was good for family with young kids. My 4-year-old daughter loved every part of it: the animal tent, the adventurer outfit and the projector. She loved the flamingo pool too! She said she would definitely come back next time!

Room is good and tidy, services are good.
Location is quite good, you can walk to MTR in around 7 minutes.
Good value for such room and location.
Food is good, but yogurt at morning breakfast is bad. Please put them in fridge.

The aroma of the shampoo was nice. The design of the room was also stylish. However, there was a buzzing sound in our room. It took me, my roommate and the hotel staff some time to discover that the sound came from the phone. After unplugging the phone the noise stopped. The noise interrupted our sleep so I suggest you check the other phones to avoid such incident happening to other guests. Thanks.

Nice Hotel Witz trendy interior design and good Service. The staff Worms hard at the restaurants to make Customer feelgood. Chinese Restaurant excellent and the best dim sum in kowloon. Location is ok.
