The air conditioner could not be adjusted in somehow. Could not sleep very well at night because of the temperature. The staff was polite and friendly tho. The room was clean and comfort with good quality of bed.

All staffs are nice and polite . The room service is fast and efficient.The breakfast buffet is good .
However , the shower water can have warm water , seems there only got very hot and very cold water ;)
And hope there have a bag for rubbish bin , more tidy enough.
But over all is great , specially the staffs , and happy new year guys ;)

Thank you for suggesting in regards to the rubbish bin setup, but do note that the main reason we leave out garbage bags is to be more environmental friendly. So we hope to cut down on all possible single use plastics.

Good service from the staffs and good location for people who love shopping .
The room is small but everything inside the room. I love the room design which is beautiful and there is a sense of local characteristics

The lunch buffer is very nice as the oyster is the best in a buffet I have ever seen. The staff are also very nice and helpful. Moreover, this hotel has a very good cultural environment. It shows that it is not only a money-earning hotel, but also promoting diverse culture to the others.
