It's my first time to stay in Eaton hotel , spent a wonderful time with my other half on X'mas day. Both check in and check out staff are so friendly and helpful. Overall the staying experience is excellent.
P.S. the scent of the shower products "grown alchemist" are so nice.

The food that came with the In-room Set Menu can be improved. One of the salads did not come with dressing and the pop-corns were not made well, many kernel did not pop. The room was very nicely decorated with good choices in materials and textures, nothing is tacky and the books were a nice touch.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Like their smart casual dress code. It’s a very modern and chic hotel with clean and tidy room. Wide range of food with quality available for buffet breakfast at the Astor. Enjoyable stay.

Well service of counter, in room dining and phone calling. But it does not have enough message of call counter and bottle of water from mini bar. But I still advice stay in whoever you are local or visitor

Location is fabulous, Service is great. The staff was really friendly, room is very clean and well designed, love the selection of eateries and their chinese resstaurant is superb. I would love to stay here again.
