Wonderful birthday celebration

The small birthday cake was prefect with the unsweetened cream. Really awesome, ate without guilty belly burden.
The guy helped us filling up the ice buck was impressive. You can tell he is a hard working guy. (11Jul, 2230, 9/ F)
The guest service lady was really good as well, detailed mind and thoughtful arrangement for leading the charger to me and allowing me to have enough time to get my phone charged.
(12 Jul, 1200)
Breakfast buffet was nice except the food is too oily for those western food ( nearly all of them).
And the room, the curtain door cannot be fully closed, the light in the morning woke Me up and cannot have a good sleep. Others are fine.

Gym and breakfast were excellent

I have been stay in Eaton hotel for a few time but this time is not satisfy. The gymnasium and breakfast were excellent. However, when i was checking out the staff want me to stay in lobby until room service make sure everything is ok in my hotel room. I can't imagine a four star hotel in Hong Kong would be like that in 2020 especially during the coronavirus period. Many people in Hong Kong issupporting Eaton hotel it's because of your culture. i don't blaim that receptionist but i feel insulted by your hotel. I and my friend would deeply consider whether we would stay in eaton anymore.

Great Service and Quality of food

The staff is very nice and the quality of food (Breakfast buffet & Lunch buffet) is very high. The room is clean and comfortable. The overall of the trip is enjoyable and I highly recommend to having meal in the Astor.

A satisfying quick getaway

Staying at Eaton during the Virus period helps me chill out a little bit. The room is clean and tidy and A/C works perfectly fine: No compliant. As a HongKonger I know a thing or two in this enviornment in Yau Ma Tei, it has a vibe that excites people and in the same time resonates with everyone. I brought my dog with me, I can tell from his facial expression, he enjoys the stay, like I do.

Well Balanced

1. Nice interior design style with a retro Hong Kong elegance
2. Good business strategy to have a Food Hall for public
3. Room size is slightly smaller than expectation
4. Bathroom door can not be properly closed
5. Total darkness can be achieved with curtain closed
6. Sound insulation is not good enough

Fun staycation!

Great stay at the Eaton HK! Staff was nice and efficient in handling our check-in. The environment was energetic which makes you want to get involved in the scene, be it at the bar or the wellness center . I also love how they have art exhibitions periodically, showcasing works from both local and international artists. Great selection of food at the foodhall, ranging wide from local cantonese dishes to juicy steaks and burgers.
Have already recommended friends to book with Eaton HK and mostly likely will be back again!
