Very very good room, staff, breakfast, snacks during the day including champagne. Very good location. Yes, some rooms look at the window to another building but we knew it when booked. Also it was surprise for early check-in.

Awful experince. Terrible middle aged man working in reception was pure evil. Uncomfortable tiny beds. Dirty carpets. They are buying these good reviews. It’s old, terrible view of ugly building in front. There are so many much nicer hotels in that area. Stay away is my advice. Never again.

The best value of anywhere in Israel. Very clean. They are always cleaning whether vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms or cleaning the breakfast area. The service is 5 star. Roy, one of the managers is amazing. All the staff star are amazing. We stayed for a week. After staying here I Would never ever ever think of booking at any of these fancy Sheratons or Hilton’s. Trust me this is the place to stay. About a 2 minute walk to beach, right next to the US embassy which makes it ever safer. Go here fast!!!!
Coming back in two years and this is the easier decision I’ll have to make which is staying here.

The hotel manger Mr Talmi is doing a wonderful job with having a coffee corner available all day and watermelon in the morning ! Everything was clean and parking is close . I don’t need a pop with The beach close by , It’s my 5 starts hotel in TLV !
