I have travelled a lot, this is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all the service is simply rude. It doesn't cost much to be nice and smile at your guests. Secondly, we found cockroaches in the room. The room is tiny, and as it is facing the main ben yehuda road, it has very heavy traffic so it is quite noisy. I had to sleep with earplugs on. As if this wasn't enough, the breakfast is also bad. It isn't even in the same building, you have to walk to another hotel, where there is a small breakfast room with about five tables (good luck finding a table to sit down). The bread was FROZEN, and there was nothing else to have other than toast and cereals. Seriously, do not be misled by those nice pictures and the great prices. This hotel is rubbish.

I spent 1 nigh at that hotel. I had 2 fairly big cockroaches in my room, succeeded to kill one. The receptionist answer that they have no solution as there were no other rooms available. I couldn't sleep the whole night, specially that they came from under the bed ..

Not fancy but does the job. We stayed here for four nights. The beds were comfortable, showers had nice hot water and the inn keepers were kind and helpful. There is a nice patio in the back. However, there was no continental breakfast, as advertised. The only down side is the feral cats. Not the owner's fault. They are rampant all over Israel and they can be a nuisance.
