Beach Location

Reviewed Oct 8, 2017
If you want to stay somewhere close to the beach and dont care about luxury you can prefer this place. Less than 1 minute walking distance to one of the best knows beaches of Tel Aviv. The rooms are not bad-are not great but just for the location there is nothing to complain about the hotel. People at the front desk was really nice. They want you to leave the key in the reception every time you leave the hotel i think its good so you wont be worrying about losing it :) just enjoy the beach

We stayed in 3rd (top) floor, in room 39. There was a partial sea view, better than nothing I guess. Windows could use a good scrub from outside though. Better sea views would be in a few room numbers down from 39 if anyone's interested :) Although I started to think that the noisiest rooms might be those seaside rooms because of the traffic on Ha-Yarkon Street.

Overall very pleasant experience. Firm bed with comfortable linen and everything was pretty much clean, except the shower door hinge area. There was some cooking ware in the kitchenette, but we didn't need them. Complimentary instant coffee and tea also. AC was working very well. There was a freezer box inside the fridge, that was nice. Lots of storage. Plenty of towels available plus mini toiletries. And there was a hair dryer in our bathroom which I didn't expect! Late checkout for extra shekels.
Of course, the most important aspect was the location. One building away from the beach promenade and short distance from Dizengoff Street (bars, shops) and Carmel market etc.

Remember to pack ear plugs! I forgot and had a hard time sleeping because of traffic noise and constant honking. Drivers do love their horns there.

Tip: Good food joints couple of minutes away. In the corner of Dizengoff and Frishman there is Yashka Shwarma and right at the opposite side of the street Frisman Falafel. Yum!

We rented a two nights flat in Tel Aviv at global home through booking.com and we had a nightmare.
The price shone on the web wasn't the total price we received +60$ cleaning fee.we tried call the customer service and find ourselves speaking with India call centre which we couldn't not understand them at all and the line was bad.
I definitely finished with Booking.com

Nice room with kitchenette but very noisy during the night. Tel Aviv's nightlife meant there were noisy people yakking away outside our window (on the 2nd floor) for seemingly hours on end. There is a guest computer available in the tiny lobby. Parking was misrepresented in my opinion. There is an overnight garage a block and a half away around the corner (south) facing the beach for 50 shekels. Ashkenaz & Sfard shuls were a block and a half away (east). Kosher restaurants were close by. Our room was nicely redecorated.

A place that respects its customers
I took a suite for three nights, I came to Tel Aviv for work, it was agreed Check it after the holiday
At 11 am and the clerk calls the room screaming at me
What I had not cleared
I explained agreed that the evacuation is to get out a holiday, not hear, shout
Room sends someone knocking at the door like I was a criminal, even shouting
Nah he says will add another 100 shekels and stay until 15
But first clerk said that people need to get to the room and I could not stay in the room
No synchronization with lies, all this is not about NIS 100
Interest unwilling to listen to the customer check, you are trying to kill this liar you to NIS 100 poor simply liars.
Not suitable place its customers some heavy
And himself
In addition to attaching pictures with dirty windows
Wall falling apart and stained mattress
It seems like it makes sense to sell these rooms for customers ???

The place is located just one block from the promenade and in the best location for bars, beaches and restaurants.
The rooms are very small. .full of furniture that makes in some way difficult to move inside.
The shower is real small.. so for big people is really difficult to take a shower.
A/C good and hot water..but just one hair dryer to share with the rooms so basically you need to pray for it.
You've found a kitchen with all that you've need to a pleasant stay. Safety box available . Wifi with high speed available everywhere.
Satellite TV with channels in English Arabian french and Italian.
So if the cleaning issue will fix the apartments will be gorgeous.
The staff is very helpful, specially "Mira", this young girl is always smiling and gives you really good advices and directions for everything.
On the opposite way the cleaning staff is very rude and unpolite, doesn't speak English (or doesn't want it) and the room are not clean at all...the floor is dirty and if you've a look under the bed you'll die..awful. ..the kitchen is dirty as well. Blankets and towels are Ok.
