We had such a wonderful time staying at X’Tan Ha. From stepping out the door of our charming accommodations, we had virtually everything within a few steps away. Beautiful setting on the beach and poolside, along with activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, walking the beach, or just chilling, reading a good book. The staff was amazing. The office management and housecleaning services were fantastic. We loved spending time in the beautiful Palapa having a fabulous meal or just sitting watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Mitch, Allison, and Marlon could not have been more enjoyable and accommodating. We could also take our golf cart ride to explore other wonderful restaurants. Dee Dee provided us with wonderful sailing and snorkeling adventures along the beautiful reef. She was delightful!
We initially were concerned about being a little ways out of town, San Pedro. As it turned out we absolutely loved being in a quieter area with such pristine accommodations and such an attentive, thoughtful staff. We would highly recommend X’Tan Ha and look forward to visiting again some day.

We had a great time here made even better by the really helpful front desk staff Anna and Yaniri. It was important for us to have 2 bedrooms and this property has 3 suites with 2 bedrooms all facing the garden and one of the pools. Resort is 7 miles north of San Pedro along a mostly very potholed road, makes the golf cart drive very uncomfortable. Beach here is lovely but mosquito repellent is a must. During our stay at the end of February the ocean breezes made relaxing on the beach very comfortable. The whole property is very well taken care of by the attentive staff. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we returned to Ambergris Caye.

The resort was great, the staff was very helpful with whatever question we had. One snafu with the Covid testing being scheduled, but thankfully I checked in with the front desk and everything was corrected. Beds were outstanding, at least to us. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on while on vacation! Bar/restaurant staff were outstanding - Mitch, Allison, and Marlin were very attentive and a lot of fun. They even had a wealth of Belizean knowledge. Overall it was a great stay!
