We stayed with family mid of Jan ,overall superb Hospitality and great ambiance kids are very happy as they enjoy a lot with adventure and water sport activities.
Strange fact - at check in at main reception we arrived there was two lady out of one senior lady asked very politely to sit us and say someone will come for assist.....however we are not their for seeking assist....we have pre paid booked our rooms, we observed that senior lady went out and smoked outside and around 20 minutes we sit there and just wasting our time . Then finally one lady came to desk and came to us for check in process but that lady was also full of smoked smell. At Woodpecker restaurant food was nice but staff was rude .At Room service we called for Drinking water then they ask us to call Housekeeping really couldn't get this logic....once call Housekeeping they ask to call us front desk....that order was delayed almost 25 minutes just for bottle of drinking water, finally one person came to room with 01 small 500ml water btl and said that water is chargeable....we really felt so irritated that moment.
However the most surprising things once we check out wait for car to send us reception for check out. After 20 minutes we waited finally we reach at Reception convention and 02 Male and 01 that senior lady was sitting at desk and once we start conversation they very badly smelled by cigarette smoke & also they chewing something while talking. So this all my point to notify the management ,they should provide some training skills to serve the customers with far better experience.
