Amby Valley has never disappointed me how many times i have visited.
Guest relationship manager Ms Jui Mhatre had done wonderful arrangement and it was superb..Yes she deserves an applause.
Would like to be updated if any nee offers Amby comes up with.Surely recommend and love to visit again .
Stay was swell. Didnt find crowd bothering me anywhere. Relaxed and comfortable stay. In room menu's breadth can be expanded a bit.
Fountain show wasnt that great. It was more of a branding exercise of Sahara.
This place is a complete disappointment. It use to be a paradise 3-4 yrs back. I did not pay attention to mix reviews i was getting in my office. Today i am stuck here with an awful experience and never ending turmoil with staff. Cottages are filthy and staff is very unprofessional. Lonavla has excellent choices anyway. No need to drive another one hour.
A nice place to spend 2-3 nights of your holiday time or if you need a break with family by your side. You can expect luxurious villas and surroundings with excellent service and atmosphere. Room service is excellent, staff is courteous and property is nice with unique concept. On the cons, pools are not ready to welcome you (not upto the standards), Wave pool is a big disappointment with little or no crowds even in peak season. Chai-pakora shops by the lakeside came as welcome surprise. Lake front café is also good. You need to book your tables well in advance for proper dining at restaurants, else wait is long. Breakfast was good with nice spread. Overall its worth your money.
Twinkle Dewangam helped me with setting up a surprise for my sister and brother in law on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary. She was professional, courteous, helpful and on top of things and was a delight to work with. She helped me to make it a memorable experience for them. They enjoyed their stay and we plan to come again in a larger group!!
