The whole experience was brilliant everyone was so welcoming and lovely but for me the highlight was the lovely fun makers. They made my holiday and I hope one day I can return to see them again.

CHECK IN.. we arrived at about 00.45am and the welcome was friendly and informative, we we told the night buffet was open and could get something to eat and the lobby bar is 24 hour.
ROOMS .. we were in rooms 2020 and 2022 both rooms clean and had toiletries, mini bar, fruit and wine. View was amazing of the beach and pool.
FOOD…. The buffet restaurant has a vast variety of foods, at lunch time we also ate in the bbq a la carte (amazing burgers) Seafood Al a carte lovely chicken fajita’s and fish and chips, most of the time we ate in the food court. We had dinner in the Italian and Asian a la carte restaurants which both were lovely, When we ate in the buffet restaurant in the evenings we had a lovely waiter Mehmet, always made sure we had drinks and looked after us.
ENTERTAINMENT…. Well what can I say there is so much in the day you can do exercise, darts, bocce, water polo, beach volleyball. If you want to join in they welcome you, if you say no thank you, they leave you alone The evening entertainment is amazing lots of different shows and parties and lots of dancing . We have made great friends while joining in with other holiday makers. I have to mention them all by name as they all work so hard to make sure the guests are enjoying their holiday so thank you, Osman, Arda, Bahar, Meryem, Fatih, Melisa and Tugce you really made our holiday. Also I like to mention Burak. Seven( the best cocktail maker) and Umet always making sure we had a drink in our hands.
I would also like to say a big thank you to Aylin from guest relations, my daughter in law became ill and we had to ring for a doctor, Aylin translated what the nurse was saying to us and she had to go to hospital as she had a infection was quite poorly
Aylin checked in with us to ask how she was a few times and guest relations couldn’t do enough for us so thank you so much. Thank you so much you really gave us a holiday we will never forget and have made friends who we hope to see again soon ❤️

Our first holiday for a couple of years and we were recommended the Concorde De Luxe Resort by Toni at Hays Travel in Preston.
From our arrival there it was immediately apparent that this was a great hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and polite. As we had arrived late in the evening we were able to enjoy the night buffet in the restaurant which served food from midnight to 1.30 each night. It was brilliant and the food was lovely and plentiful.
Our two rooms were close to each other and spotlessly clean and had great views out to the beach and sea. Our minibar was filled with chilled drinks and was re-filled every day which was great. For the whole week our rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided whenever we needed them.
The main restaurant was huge, with plenty of space for the large number of guests staying there. We never felt squashed in at all. The waiting staff were always very helpful and attentive and looked after us each day/night.
The quality and range of food was fabulous, both in the main restaurant and the outside ones we visited during the day. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious. There was so much food to choose from it was mouth-watering!!! The bars dotted around the resort were always busy with the staff always pleasant.
The evening entertainment was varied each night and really good fun, ranging from karaoke to Columbian dancers and wonderful singers. The place was packed each night which made for a good atmosphere. The entertainment was run by ‘Nemo’ and his team. Nemo was certainly a character and great fun to be around!!!!
It was our daughters 18th birthday whilst we were there, and The Guest Relations Manager, Tulay Basdemir booked a meal for us at the in-resort Italian Restaurant. The food was wonderful and of a real good quality. Tulay was very helpful and went out of her way to make our daughters day even more special. The Operations Manager Mr Goz was always around and again helped us whilst on holiday with any requests we had.
The many pools and beach were spotlessly clean and along with glorious weather completed what was a wonderful holiday.
Overall this is a fabulous place to go on holiday and we would recommend it to all. All the staff we met were polite, helpful and did a great job.
We are looking at returning next year, hopefully!

I have stayed in some lovely hotels in Antalya but I have to say this hotel is amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a happy one. Special mention to Seven who is the best barman by far. Guest relations were amazing along with the Manager of the hotel. Pool and grounds are immaculate with waiters serving in roller boots. The entertainment staff are lovely. Full of fun but no pressure to join in. The food in this hotel is outstanding. The main restaurant has so much choice. The a La Carte restaurants are 15 Euros per person but the food is great so well worth it. Free sushi during the day in the Chinese restaurant. Fish restaurant and Turkish restaurant were especially good. The beach area is nice and clean and the bar at the pier makes the best mojitos. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

What an amazing hotel to have a great holiday!
My second time to go to holiday to this hotel was magnificent.
The moment i arrived early morning to the hotel i was warmly greeted by the reception staff and guest relations team and gave me an excellent room.

Although everything in this hotel is superb but 2 things need to improve and ASAP:
1- The internet:
Unfortunately the internet is really bad and some places like the football and basketball courts and the pier there is no internet on those areas which i found it strange.
I had to go back to pool area to catch a minor signal internet to send messages or emails.
2- The dessert and Baqlava most of them with no taste and i mentioned this point a lot to the management and needs to work on that.
I found it strange because Turkey is the best to taste and eat dessert and baqlava.
