We booked after our planned trip to Mexico was cancelled and was very nervous after our last visit to Turkey ( over 20 years ago) was awful.......Well i am so pleased we finally experienced Turkey again for 11 nights and this hotel was amazing. The cleanliness was first class and all the restrictions put in place due to covid still made us feel totally relaxed and safe. The food was very good and we went to all the a la carte restaurants which i can highly recommend, our favourite was the seafood which is one we would not normal go to but the choice and food was so good we went twice! At present the hotel are allowing guests complimentary visits to the a la carte restaurants apart from the BBQ one which is 10 euro per person, just make sure you get them booked on your first day as they do get booked up quickly. Lunch time the choice at the snack bar by pool is vast and you can also go to pizza stand and turkish restaurant which do fish&chips one day and Turkish wraps the next, they also allow take away so you can take it down to the beach. The beach is great with lots of sunbeds and a nice breeze also they have beds on the pier and cabanas to rent at 40 euro a day with waiter service. All room have a walk in shower with rain shower and normal shower head, mini bar filled daily plus tea & coffee. Tip for tea drinkers pop into coffee shop and they will give you a carton of milk for your room ! The only negative we had is that the hotel asks guests to wear masks inside and many guests failed to do this and no staff questioned them., on several occasions people tried to get in the lift with me with no masks on which is not acceptable in the current times. Most people wore masks when going up to the buffet in the restaurant but again those that didn't were not asked by any staff to put one on. The hotel is providing free masks which are in dispensers outside the restaurants.
The hotel is in a great position and if you turn left out of hotel and walk past Lara park there is the Orion Bazar with lots of shops much cheaper than the ones to the right of the hotel!
We will definitely recommend this hotel as it is clean great service and great staff.

Myself and boyfriend have just got back from a lovely 11 day stay. Firstly this hotel takes health and safety very seriously, and this quickly put us at ease given the current circumstances. There’s hand sanitizers everywhere, free disposable masks, tables well spaced apart and constant cleaning. The hotel itself is well managed, the staff were incredible...even though it’s all inclusive they made sure our drinks were replenished and were always happy and friendly. The room we stayed in was 7014, perfect for looking over the pool / garden / sea and the town. It was also quite private too. We had a mini bar with soft drinks and snacks which was nice as this came at no extra charge. The food is buffet style though it has to be served to you (for health and safety reasons) - you can’t help yourself as normal but that’s okay, you get used to pointing to what you want! We never had a bad meal, everything was spot on tasty. There’s a couple of pools, plus a private beach area if you want to be near the sea. The gardens surrounding the hotel are well maintained and nice to walk round in the evening, petting the cats if they come near you!! We didn’t really go in to the nearby shops as you really get hassled and mithered which was a shame....but if you don’t mind that, then there’s some good things to buy. I would only say that there’s no air conditioning other than in the rooms, so meal times can be a bit uncomfortable when it’s hot. But all in all this is a little gem of a hotel and definitely worth a visit again from us again.

My wish is to be as objective as possible, so i will write positive and negative facts:
Positive: STAFF IS FANTASTIC. I have never seen such hardworking, polite and efficient staff.
I have to mention waiter Tayfun and bartender Ensar (great jogling with glasses and bottles).
Guest relations know all informations you need and they are very professional, but woman Nurbuke is such a warm soul and she really really care about your vacation.
I speak some turkish, german and russian, but best english and all staff could understand it and guest relations staff speak it very good.
Hotel have about 60000 m2 with beautiful garden, well maintaned. SPA is very huge with 2 floor of different massage rooms to fulfill all your wishes. We had standard room which have exactly enough space as needed for 3 persons. Main pool is about 1500m2 which is more then enough for guests and cleaning is performed every night. Water slides (2 small and 2 big) are well designed for kids and adults. Sea is well heated even in 10 am and there is no bad feeling when you go in or out, but we had waves almost every day, so most pleasant time for swimming is 10am to 2pm. Pier have decent size with 2 level of high. Beach is 97% sand and staff is cleaning and leveling it every night. Main restaurant looks very nice and food is good with solid variety of vegetable, meat, fish, cakes and fruit. Near main pool is food court (snack bar) with addition meals for lunch time (corona virus change). A la carte restaurants (5 restaurants) have great variety of very tasty food and all of them were free (corona virus change).
Negative:
Hotel is very hot, because air condition is off (safe tourism and corona virus change). Air condition in rooms produce cool air only after 6pm (corona virus change). Because of changes in cooling management i recommend all day to be in sea, pool or at water slides. Daily animation and evening shows are gone (corona virus change) and at night there is few turkish musicians, dj or nothing. Finding some fun for yourself and family is individual mission so good luck. Personally, I have walked all over entire lara kundu beach to see all hotels an their beaches (most of them dont work). Several bars are not working and quality of juices in restaurants is much better. According to my opinion hotel was working at 25% of capacity at best, which is also dictated with safe tourism policy, so many areas are empty and looks spooky.
Verdict: wish I have seen this hotel during standard management. Great garden and space, pool, staff and beach, just could not hide all changes made for safe tourism certificate.
Few relative small things made to prevent health hazards, made our vacation a little bit sterile and dull.

Last minute holiday change of destination and have to say we hit the jackpot! Beautiful hotel fabulous facilities and wonderful staff. Now the “health” bit.
The whole place is very Covid safe. Masks are worn in all public areas and hand sanitiser stations are placed all round the hotel . The staff ALL wear full PPE masks/ gloves and visors . The lifts are limited to 2 people only and have sanitisers inside the lifts and are cleaned regularly.
The normal cups and glasses in the rooms are replaced with paper cups again minimising any risk. The minibar is stocked with water coke Diet Coke iced tea juice cartons Kit Kat Doritos and is restocked free of charge daily and there are tea and coffee making facilities In the rooms
The restaurants are all great. The Buffett restaurant is now not self service they have barriers and staff on each food station who place the food you choose on plates for you eliminating risk. The a la carte restaurants need to be pre booked TIP. do this with guest services ASAP however the Buffett restaurant is really good and variety of food great . There are currently no charges for the a la carte if u are AI . Pool bar and restaurant is also excellent for lunchtime snacks.
We ventured out of hotel for a look around local area which is very clean and safe however there are NO bars/ restaurants outside of the hotels but LOADS of shopping malls which again are all Covid safe temperature checks done Before you enter and masks again must be worn .
Beach is very clean and plenty of sun loungers ( which are more comfortable than the ones around the pools)
The pools are beautiful and plenty of beds but if you want the adult only area which has mattresses on the floor you need to be up early as “the towel brigade” are there.
You can get towels from the spa for pool or beach so no need to bring bulky beach towels in your luggage .
All in all a fabulous holiday

We're due to checkout tomorrow after a great 7 night stay. The hotel is hot on covid with lots of hand sanitisers and free masks available. Our cleaner Muerot is fantastic! Full body massage (anti stress) was great. Staff are so incredibly friendly here and couldn't do any more for you as well as never removing their masks / visors like the English do. Nice variety of food and drinks - my personal favourite is the memosa and you even have plastic glass' around the pool. Loved the playlist around the pool, nice variety of chilled and getting the party going. The view from our room (7028) was gorgeous! Only been able to eat in the Turkish and sea food a la carte restaurants as they get booked up really quickly. I'd suggest seeing if you could book in advance. Really wishing we had of stayed for longer, but nonetheless we will be back soon as it's been a fantastic holiday. The only down side I would say is not being able to have our room until we leave (at 7) unless we paid €40 which seems madness as the hotel is pretty empty. Working in travel myself I know this is usually the case in a lot of hotels, however as the hotel is so quiet I think having this as a free extra would mean you could truly relax on your last day and make your holiday experience end on a high.

Stayed in February 2020. Still too cold to use outdoor pools, but the indoor one is fine if you really must do some exercise. From the moment you arrive you are treated to a totally 5 star experience. All the staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I never once had to go to the bar to get a drink. The waiters and waitresses were always there on hand to ensure that your drink never reached the bottom of the glass. As for the food!!! Please don't expect English food or you will be disappointed, but what choice, what quality. Little tip - Always check out the daily "specials". On our last day it was "duck a l'orange & flambe peaches with chantilly ice cream". We will certainly return. P.S. We paid for a private transfer from the airport to the hotel - worth every penny. No queues. no hassle.

When we first arrived we were told we had a free upgrade to sea view rooms on level 2. One of our party was elderly and couldn't get into a bath without help. After a couple days the renovation work started on our level, so I asked guest relations if they could help us move rooms. The next day we were moved to Level 6, where they had walk in showers, so couldn't understand why that wasn't offered in the first place. Rooms were much better after moving. We booked 2 Al la carte restaurants. In the Asian restaurant I asked twice where the rice was, but it never arrived. I did complain and wrote it on the comment card. The next day we tried the Italian and it was very good. None of us realised the Christmas Eve gala meal was not included in the cost of the holiday, and we had to pay €40 each for that. It was nice tho. The new year gala meal was also nice, however it seemed to be rushed at the end, and we never had the fruit plate or the Christmas cake. I did mention it to guest relations a couple days later and they did have fruit and wine sent to the room by way of apology. The winter concept does seem to be aimed more for the Turkish and German guests, with the English not really catered for as much. The two animation guys Kamil and Umit did try to get people to join in with darts each day, and it did help us to start talking to other guests. In fact we made friends with lots of German people whilst we were there. The bar staff in the Lobby bar were great especially in the evening, I've never seen such busy bar staff. I had to speak to one of the staff about grabbing and trying to kiss my partner one night, but after a little chat he didn't try to do it again. The food was ok, normal all inclusive standard, and plenty of it. Seating was a premium though especially when the football team had so many tables reserved.
We have said that if we were to return it wouldn't be during the winter season, nearly all the outdoor facilities were closed which meant it could get really busy inside at mealtimes, and there wasn't much for the animation team to do for people, even though they did try their best. Maybe we'll try again in the summer and have a like for like comparison to the Titanic, which we stayed in last time.

I am on my last day at the resort following last minute change to destination due to Covid 19 and what great decision.
Pros:
Staff work tirelessly to please you, all in PPE making it feel very safe, probably better than being at home in the UK.
Everywhere the cleaning is immaculate, anti bac spraying down empty sun beds, constantly cleaning surfaces and sweeping in the immaculate grounds.
Rooms are really modern, recently refurbished throughout and very spacious. Brilliant air conditioning in the room.
A La Carte restaurants, simply amazing. We tried the Turkish, BBQ and Asian and loved them all.
Guest services. Anything you want sorting, they sort it for you. Booking the a la cartes for you, sorting out a simple room maintenance issue (resolved very quickly) and helping us to keep our room on today before we depart, thank you ladies.
Pavilion beds on the beach, well worth the extra charge and a welcome bit of shade in the heat that was intense for our whole stay.
Great position for the shops to buy goods from.
Cons:
To be honest, not many and minor but:
Sun beds around pool could be better, not very comfortable.
Late check out (for a fee) - reception cannot help you until the morning of departure, why? Simple planning, they know arrivals and departures, the hotel is not full so shouldn't be a major issue but potentially having to pack uneccessarily the day before could be avoided, especially as most return UK flights are late evening or night.
Sunbed hogging - some people place towels on beds at 7am and do not use them until 2pm + despite the hotel advising 1 hr allowed for reserving beds. Could be better communicated and managed.
Would I stay here again, definitely and hope to return in non Covid times in 2022.

We stayed for 10 nights at the end of September/start of October. First of all, the hotel was absolutely spotless. The staff work their socks off in difficult circumstances. They all wear masks and gloves, often in extreme heat.
The a la carte restaurants were without fail amazing. We tried the Asian, Fish and BBQ, which were lovely. Early booking is recommended as they do tend to book up quickly as they are forced to operate at reduced capacity. My only (small) criticism would be a fairly limited selection at the evening buffet, though what was there was nice.
Pool and beach area are lovely and clean, some of the warmest sea water I have ever been in. We used the beds on the beach twice, they cost 40€ per day. Very comfortable though, and you can order any drink you want plus get lunch and snacks delivered. We also really enjoyed the beds on the pier, where the sea breeze can be very welcome.
Outside the hotel there is a few nice restaurants, though the bulk of entertainment is shops! If you like good quality fakes, you’ll be in heaven. We went to a Turkish restaurant a few nights, 20 mins walk to you left next to the Dutch bar (great for a drink and football on telly btw) where we had some excellent meals. Cheap as well, few drinks and a main each were about 20£ in total.
I’d also highly recommend going into Antalya old town, which is a bit of a trek but well worth it. Great restaurants, loads of funky pubs with live music at night and even more shops. We took a taxi, which should cost about 130 TL each way and takes about 40 mins. There is also a bus which costs peanuts, but my gf didn’t fancy it!
Briefly back to the hotel before I wrap up. Rooms were not massive, but well laid out, modern, and again spotless. The staff in general were amazing, all throughout. Can genuinely not remember a single one being even a tiny bit rude , they all were incredibly friendly and helpful. An absolute credit to the hotel, please tip them as much as you can afford!
We felt very safe in the current climate. Were UK airports find it too difficult to take the temperature of passengers coming into the UK, here we were checked before entering the hotel and every time we left and came back. You can book a COVID test at the hotel for @@
We met some lovely people on the holiday as well, which made it a great experience overall. We usually don’t go back to the same hotel twice, but I think we will definitely be back to the Concorde. Thank you !

After a warm welcome at the front of the resort by the baggage collector, we were quickly given our room card and welcome pack and told where we could have a refreshing drink in the 24 hour BAR. There are many bars throughout the resort some of which are 24 hour.
At breakfast we received another warm welcome by the team serving on, even under restrictions of Covid we felt safe and cared for and valued, this excellent service continues throughout the whole day every day. The food served had a very wide variety of choice that is fresh and plentyful. The room was very clean and tidy, spacious and cooled and adjusted to the temperature you feel comfortable with Free WiFi not just in the resort, but on the beach too which was amazing. The pool isn't cold, but just the right temperature to cool off. There are several pools to choose from including kids pool with water slides and an adult only pool. The size of the resort means there is always something to do. The open air ampitheatre has loads of entertainment Overall its a fantastic resort the whole team work tremendously hard and are a credit to the resort.
