I love Hilton Milan

Hilton Milan is a few minutes walk from Centrale, the main train station. It's a 20-30 min or quick train ride to the main shopping area around the Duomo.

The front desk and executive lounge staff was very kind and accommodating. The staff working the breakfast buffet should be given large raises for how hard they work to keep everything clean and fully stocked.

Executive lounge on 8 was welcoming and has a huge terrace with views of the city. Unlimited Pellegrino at all hours.

The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. Traditional breakfast items mixed with the best Italian cuisine. There was a giant wheel of peccorino romano. So delicious. I died.

Rooms and beds are comfortable but definitely could use a light upgrade. There are very few wall plugs near the bed and no USB ports in the room. I've seen many hotels installing bedside table top lamps that have extra plugs and USB ports in their bases. This could solve the plug/USB problem.

Otherwise, i really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again-- if only for the cheese.

We stayed here for 3 nights in total during a road trip around Italy. Rooms excellent and clean. No issues with check in. Staff very attentive and couldn't do anymore for us. Special thanks to Gianna on reception who was brilliant and a credit to Hilton. Nothing was an issue for the team. Breakfast was a bit hectic but the staff were very helpful. Highly recommended and one of the best Hilton stays I have had in years.

Beautiful hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant. Room was clean, modern, and well supplied. Staff was helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Every diet type can eat here! The cappuccinos were so delicious (order from the waiting staff; don’t make your own). The concierge gave us a map and told us where to go to see the sights. Parking was not included.

Room tip: Parking is expensive and run by a separate company. We complained to the hotel staff and they had no idea there were no in/out allowances.

While traveling on business and pleasure, we've been staying in this hotel since the year 2000, practically every year [pandemic excluded]. Over the time, few things, obviously, have changed.

Namely, the 'old guard', like Antonio "Generale" Bilotti & Emanuele Fugazza, of the Concierge team, nurtured and coached the newcomers -- Giuseppe, Laura, Giulia [Concierge team] and Carlos, Fabio, Mel [Restaurant & ELounge team].

p.s. do not forget to explore many good restaurants in Via Gustavo Fara, which is 50-meter away from the hotel.

That said, some things, luckily, have not changed -- Hospitality Culture of this hotel! What stayed the same is the Staff's pledge to provide first-class service. Staff diligence in serving guests promptly; catering, to their best ability, to guests' specific needs; and friendly advice for sightseeing and dinner bookings.

And always -- one welcoming smile a person needs to see after days/nights of traveling. All of the above, my wife and I saw/experienced from the Hilton Milano Staff last week. Some things never changed since 2000, and that is important!

Room tip: If you want super quiet room, choose Via Copernico exposure.

We decided to stay at the Hilton Milan after a long international flight. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station. This means that it easy to use the bus or train service from the airport to get to the hotel. We wanted something predictable after our flight. You know what you are getting at the Hilton. The rooms are a little tired but the bed is comfortable. The bathroom was dirty but room service was quick to respond to fix it up. The executive lounge was worth the extra cost. There were very good evening snacks and an amazing breakfast. We would stay here again on a return to Milan.

Room tip: Maybe use the online selection of rooms. Checkin was very busy

The only highlight was Laura on the front desk who suggested a few restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Very pleasant person, very helpful and good local knowledge.

I found nothing special here. I have an expectation for the standards for Hiltons, this was on par.
