While traveling on business and pleasure, we've been staying in this hotel since the year 2000, practically every year [pandemic excluded]. Over the time, few things, obviously, have changed.
Namely, the 'old guard', like Antonio "Generale" Bilotti & Emanuele Fugazza, of the Concierge team, nurtured and coached the newcomers -- Giuseppe, Laura, Giulia [Concierge team] and Carlos, Fabio, Mel [Restaurant & ELounge team].
p.s. do not forget to explore many good restaurants in Via Gustavo Fara, which is 50-meter away from the hotel.
That said, some things, luckily, have not changed -- Hospitality Culture of this hotel! What stayed the same is the Staff's pledge to provide first-class service. Staff diligence in serving guests promptly; catering, to their best ability, to guests' specific needs; and friendly advice for sightseeing and dinner bookings.
And always -- one welcoming smile a person needs to see after days/nights of traveling. All of the above, my wife and I saw/experienced from the Hilton Milano Staff last week. Some things never changed since 2000, and that is important!
