We are Hilton Diamond Members, and the service, food, and drinks could not have been better. We throughly enjoyed our stay from the warm greeting we received to the sincere goodbye five days later and all the great conversation in between. I only wish the US Hiltons would be up to these standards. All their chefs and employees should be trained in Italy!🇮🇹
With only one night in Milan, and a train to Venice the following day, we chose the Hilton Milan for it's proximity to Milano Centrale. It's a five minute stroll to the station, and 20 minute Metro to the Duomo. With two separate rooms reserved, we arrived late morning, and the front desk allowed for early check in. They offered to place us on the same floor, but after a long flight we just took whatever was ready. As a Hilton Diamond member, I received an upgrade. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options, omelettes made to order, and servers taking coffee orders and clearing tables promptly. The front desk stored our bags after check out as we squeezed in a few more hours of exploration before departing to Venice. Very little time spent at the hotel, but with the time we had, everything was on point.

Check-in was unremarkable. Staff was friendly, but not overly so, but they were efficient. When we asked questions they were helpful. Room was OK, nothing special - but nothing to complain about, either. Location was good - walkable to many places.

My point of view describes my experience, others may have experienced other ways.
Hilton Milano was a huge disappointment. The context is me, arriving after a 6 hours drive, 1 hour before a meeting where I was presenter, but way after check-in time, I was told at reception that my room is not ready. That is not something which you would expect when attending to an event with hundreds of participants, pre-announced for months.
Parking - under the hotel is very challenging, if you have a big car. With a Smart, no issue. But a wagon....
On the good side: room was quite spacious and with a good view of the street below + a balcony.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and were very happy with the hotel. The hotel was fully booked and very busy, but the front desk staff were all helpful and kind. Our room was a standard king with a large bathroom, and a very comfy bed. The mini refrigerator was not working properly, but the staff sent up some ice for us. The room has a coffee maker, hairdryer, slippers (no robes), iron and ironing board, nice towels and bath amenities (soap, gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion). Plenty of outlets and quiet enough for a good nights sleep. We recomend this hotel.
