The shuttle service was great. We used it everyday to get to the train station. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, great outside lounge area and a lovely pool. The food was definitely above average and the service was fast. No complaints at all.

Hotel Nuevo Boston was a wonderful stay right by the Madrid airport. The staff spoke great English and were rather friendly, and the food was pretty good in the restaurant as well. The shuttle got us to the airport on time and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very Nice hotel and the location was very convenient.
We drove in from Zaragoza, following our GPS for direction. We found getting to the hotel was a bit of a challenge, but we finally made it.
We picked this hotel because of the shuttle service and cost. Very reasonable prices and the room was very comfortable.
We missed the mid-day lunch buffet, which looked very impressive, however, can't sya much about the evening menu. There was a great selection...Beer was good though.
We would stay here again...

I stayed at the Boston because it was near the airport and had an early flight the following morning. I am very impressed. The hotel, the rooms are supreme! The staff is so nice and very approachable. They have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The food is so good! I highly recommend staying here. Mil Gracias Hotel Nuevo Boston!

In relation with the price I think it is a little overrated. Some rooms should be priced less than 100 euro for example, when the view is directed towards the inner structure of the hotel.
Besides this, what maybe is very representative of its cost, its the stuff. I think that the current stuff that it is occupied (summer 2022) are very good at their job. They are always there for your assistance and always with a smile. Also, they give advice in relation with the local habits and tips to enjoy your stay in Madrid. And this is true from the receptionist, to the service in the dinner room.
Plus, it is a nice place for convention type seminar etc.
