Please be assured that your opinion is taken really seriously. However, we were surprised while reading your review, because during your stay with your father you both let us know that you were enjoying your time here with us. We would like to express our apologies. We are very sorry that this situation at the end of the stay had changed your overall opinion of our hotel. As we let you know, late check-out is always based on availability and also on the hotel policy. Which says that late check-out after 3pm is charged as one whole night. As an exception, because we knew it was not your first time, we gave you an special price for the late check-out. Again, we are very sorry about the inconveniences we may have caused you.
