We came here with the recommendation of our hotel (The Barcelona Edition). Fabulous modern Tapas with unique flavors and style but what (rather who) made it impressive and delicious and memorable was Eduardo Izquerdo. This impressionable young man was charming, informative, enthusiastic and passionate from the second we were shown to the table. He translated in his best english the meaning of some of the dishes. Recommend an amazing Spanish white wine ( Pazo Marinan) and was so hands on and seriously interested in our personal experience and joy. We had the hake in barbels in pil pil sauce. The boneless shoulder of suckling lamb (super tender and so yummy) the cured Iberian acorn fed ham and then to finish it the torrija Casera which literally is a French toast but on the butterish brioche qnd fresh yogurt ice cream. My palette is satisfied. My heart is so full with gratitude and appreciation and I’m most appreciative of Eduardo. This young man made it An absolute impression of joy and honesty on me and my husband. He surprised us with a finish in the end..now I won’t say too much because I think it’s worth truly worth visiting this restaurant because I highly recommend coming here..and please meet and ask for this young man. He is a legend beyond his years and the food comes to mark and taste because Eduardo wants his patrons to try the beat of Catalonian flavors.
