We randomly bumped into this place and who could imagine it was this good! I am always cautious about places in central as they may be touristy traps. This one isn’t, the owner immediately made ourselves feel comfortable with jokes and explaining the menu, with a recommendation of tapas (they have a long menu as well as specials of the day). We loved everything, I particularly liked the provolone and truffle egg and the salted mushrooms. Writing this review to keep this name on my account for the next time I’m around!

Excellent service, excellent wines and the food is delicious !!! Every dish is intricately constructed to give amazing flavour combinations. I would recommend choosing at least 1 of the seasonal specials. Enjoy !!!

I really like this restaurant... I fly from Barcelona to USA frequently even though I live in France... I usually stay just one evening before the flight because trains don’t get in in tîme... I now pick the hotel so I am close to the restaurant because its very nice and relaxing and good even solo at the bar. It’s got a nice ambiance, usually full but not too loud, lovely hip but also classy decor. Food is very good. It’s tapas style but 1-2 per person. I like to try a couple each time.... always very good. Tapas thème but more haute cuisine style. Inexpensive for the food quality. Service very friendly and perfect speed though this is more common in Barca— the food is much better than the norm. I think it would also be a great date spot...

We had a weekend in Barcelona and were told that, if we only eat out once, eat here...we did...we were not disappointed...nor will you be.

Food at this place is simply awesome.
We made a reservation for dinner and took a slow walk over from Passeig de Gràcia.
Those seeking for a non touristy place can rely on Sopa Boba for an authentic , delicious , fresh and good price meal here.
Mellow Rice was “THE” dish for us.
Will not hesitate to return when we return to Barcelona!
