For the price would have loved a warm shower. Good for a conference not for a couple.

Would say it is an ideal hotel for conferences and quick in/out visits but having been to Barcelona multiple times I feel there is a lot better for the price. For the price that it is, I would definitely go to Hotel Rec which is part of the same chain but had non of the negatives I mention below, much more of a couples vibe, way better location etc.

Pros
- Spacious
- Metro right outside (makes a big difference)
- Amazing, lovely and super helpful staff
- Good food spots nearby
Cons
- Very fluctuant hot water access (had two warm showers over the course of 5 days)
- 25 mins walk from ramblas (not bad at all but just get the metro)
- Double bed not actually a double bed, one of those made from two singles

Thank you for having taken the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us.

Actually the Hotels in Barcelona need to comply with local regulations codes that specify water pressure limits, for a special drought emergency action plan of the government.

The hot water is working but needs more seconds to arrive from the hotel water deposit to the showers.

Sometimes, these regulations can result in lower water pressure in showers to conserve water or meet specific standards.

We are terribly sorry however to see that your stay has been a less than perfect experience and would like to assure you that your comments have been escalated internally.

Excellent service and location

All the staff members are very helpful especially Alessio at the reception. Alessio always goes the extra mile such as asking his colleagues to start the breakfast earlier so that we can have our breakfast before our flight. The breakfast starts at 7:30am somewhat late by the standards in hotels elsewhere in the world. We also had good restaurant recommendations from Alessio. The hotel is well located close to a metro station and bus stops. Close by too are numerous good restaurants and cafes and 24 hour supermarkets. Walking distance to Passeig de Garcia, one of the major avenues lined with fashion brand shops.Comfortable rooms.

3 night stay

Just stayed 3 nights, perfect location, great staff, very clean room & decent breakfast. Only one negative is that the sound proofing wasn’t great, could hear a lot of noise from the street. Apart from that it was a great stay, staff are very helpful, would stay again.

Room tip: Tube 1 min walk, and Aerobús 2 min walk

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel

Stayed at the Hotel Soho for a long Birthday Weekend last week and can’t praise it enough. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and the room and facilities were amazing. The location of the hotel is brilliant for getting to most of the main attractions in Barcelona and the hotel is really easy to get to from the airport. In the area where the hotel is situated there are loads of great restaurants and bars. The breakfast at the hotel is also great and overall the hotel is great value for money - I’m definitely going to stay in this hotel again when I’m next in Barcelona.

A place to call home.

Soho hotel is definitely a place to call home for me.This has been the fifth time I have stayed in this hotel and the second time for my son.We usually travel to Barcelona (my hometown) during February half term and Soho hotel is always our the place we always try to book when visiting.As usually it never disappoints.The hotel has great spacious,modern,clean and luxurious rooms.We love the decor,the sense of privacy the central location and that beautiful rooftop with swimming pool with beautiful views.The rooms have a daily supply of coffee and tea with a kettle and a very convenient shop downstairs where to buy any drinks or snacks if needed.Escriba pastisserie is also opposite the hotel.There's also a computer/lounge room with tv and comfortable sofas in the lower ground floor to relax.The lovely team at the front desk make us feel welcome everytime we visit and they are always happy to see us and make our stay as good as possible.Looking forward coming back soon.Thank you so much Soho hotel for so many years of happy memories.We are looking forward coming back again.XNuria &Bobby,travelling from Bath (UK)

Room tip: Hotel is located opposite the best pastisserie in Barcelona,Escriba. Very central location,close to Passeig de Gracia.
