When I returned to the room on the second day, there was a mop with vinegar still placed next to the electrical coffee pot, after wiping it off.
On the first night, the room was too cold. Since we had just arrived in Germany, we thought this indoor weather was normal. The next morning, we realized that the air conditioning in the room was still running. If someone had informed us in advance or if the air conditioning had not been turned on, we wouldn't have had to shiver in the cold while trying to fall asleep.
Also, the window didn't close tightly, so external noise couldn't be blocked. I personally tried temporarily closing the window tightly, and I felt a significant reduction in the noise. How would you feel about adjusting the level of window sealing? In Germany, some windows can be adjusted to close with just a single turn of a screwdriver.
My wife's lipstick got smudged on the bedsheet, but they refused to replace it. It's something I could tolerate, but as a customer, it wasn't a pleasant experience to come back to the room and find a stained bedsheet.
I had to repeatedly reconnect the devices as they kept getting disconnected. It's not like I was downloading movies at the hotel; usually, I use Instagram or Facebook. So, it would be better if I could freely use the internet without worrying about the traffic, even during the off-peak season.
