I've had paella and it was honestly one of the best I've had in Barcelona!!! The pizzas were also very good and tasty. I highly recommended, you can also have a quick walk in the Ciutadella park right after

I stayed in this hotel with my 2 kids this summer and we were very happy. Friendly staff, clean room and excellent location for exploring the city. The actual room was quite small and simple but the bathroom was nice. If you are looking for a place to sleep when exploring the city this place works great!

I have stayed in Ciudadela four times so far and it's always been a pleasant experience.
The place is situated almost in the very centre of the city so that the main attractions are within walking distance. Those who hate walking can get the train or the underground, which is just a five-minute walk from the hotel. The same transport serves the journey from the airport.
The rooms I have stayed in were interior ones and somewhat small, but they were absolutely clean and convenient for a traveller who wants to enjoy the city. The room rate was also a good deal compared to other acoommodation in Barcelona centre.
Breakfast is not included in the price but the restaurant downstairs offers good quality choices for the start of the day.
Finally, I sould mention Yolanda, who is always helpful and willing to offer help and advice by emal or face-to-face.
All in all, Ciudadela is my first choice in Barcelona.

Very nice staff, friendly and accommodating, went above and beyond when we lost bracelet, very good customer service.. This hotel is in a good spot, close to metro, park, beach and restaurants. It's good value and comfortable. Would recommend for short to medium stays.

Welcoming staff who were always there for any help or info. Nice clean room. Aircon. Little balcony was nice. Location was awesome. Supermarket close. Old section close and not far from beach. Great all round

A great little place. Bed's were very comfortable and the bar and restaurant were very well priced and often cheaper than nearby bars. Location was great for our needs. I will definitely stay here again when I stay in Barcelona.
