The customer service provided by Liliia was absolutely excellent - very warm, supporting and caring. She could be an ambassador of high level customer service even in 5+ stars hotel. Thank you very much!

The hotel is very basic, yet clean. Staff is professional. I had some issues with the shower water temperature that could not be controlled.
My main issue with my stay was that it is way overpriced during the week of a large event at the Fira (MWC). I mean I understand supply and demand, yet if you charge $400/night you cannot provide an army barracks-like experience.

Simply the best Travel lodge we have stayed in. The staff were excellent and helpful. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Location is perfect for transport throughout the city. Breakfast was first class and we had evening meal served by Rosa Enamorado, the most helpful and pleasant server we have ever had! We stayed for three nights and Our experience was just first class and cannot we recommend highly enough. We came here prior to our cruise and can say it was just an excellent choice
Room tip: Book direct with the hotel, free Wi Fi

Good value for money. Comfortable bed and good clean toilet-shower room. Only hiccup was that they gave me the wrong address in their email. I spent a fruitless hour looking in the wrong area. I phoned the service line but just got music then asked a local but my Spanish is poor and I didn't understand. Got the correct address by google. Reception were unapologetic, they just have me a business card with the right address.
Room tip: On metro (it's over bridge at airport T2) take L9 orange line to Torrassa. Take L1 red line, direction Fondo to Marina.

Just what I needed for my solo trip! My room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the location is great and only a short minute walk away from the station which takes you into the center in no time! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making me feel very at ease. On my first day I was met with Adel's friendly spirit and Victor's warm smile! He was very easy to talk to and the conversation felt very genuine! Adel even made me an itinerary (without asking!) which helped me a lot as a new solo traveler on my first night when planning my next few days! Omi was also very helpful during the next 2 days. Over all, a very friendly bunch and would definiftely stay here again if I come back to Barcelona!

I stayed for one night and was so pleased! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And, the breakfast buffet was the perfect kickoff to a day exploring Barcelona.
