Faultless, went week after they had reopened and service spot on.
From the minute the superb reception team greet you and then the wonderful nothing is too much trouble housekeeping staff and not forgetting the hard working brilliant food and drinks staff, this is probably my greatest ever hotel experience. Location spot on.

I have stayed at the hotel three times now and have loved it more each time. The rooms are a good size, the facilities are fabulous but the staff are what makes it for me. Across all departments - front of house, food&bev, housekeeping. So friendly, they really can’t do enough for you. There will definitely be a fourth (and more) trip back here….

It was an amazing experience, service was extraordinary, everyone was so nice. The room was bit to loud- we could hear people in the next room watching tv on the first night and a kid crying but no bother for us. We really appreciate the hotel contacting us before our arrival, asking about our needs and preferences. The hotel for sure wll of our expectactions.

An exquisite hotel in a city full of life. Had an amazing stay at Grand Hotel Central. Delicious breakfast, comfortable quiet rooms, the bar and pool have great views of the city, the staff are incredibly nice and helpful.
Only having just reopened they didn’t miss a beat. From first arriving to leaving nothing was too much trouble. The staff were absolutely outstanding and incredibly helpful from restaurant recommendations from Jaime to helping sort out admin re my trip. The bar and roof terrace is lovely. The food and drinks up there delicious as was breakfast. The room was really comfortable with a huge bed. The location is perfect. I’m really very fussy but this ticked all the boxes
