We chose this hotel as it was close to where we wanted to be in Barcelona and was a really good price for 2 nights bed and breakfast. The breakfast is fairly varied and does the job! We got the number 46 bus from the airport to the final stop and it was then about a 10 minute walk to the hotel which was easy to find using Google maps. The nearest Metro is Rocafort and is about 5 mins walk. The hotel reception area is really funky and the whole hotel is so clean. We were able to check in early but we could have left our bags if our room wasn't ready. The room was large enough with a really big bed and good bathroom. The water pressure is so strong it filled the bath within 5 minutes with piping hot water. Our room faced out over the street and had heating or air conditioning. We did need the heating on as there is no duvet on the bed, just a sheet which was a bit strange in the middle of winter. The room could also do with a kettle and tea/coffee. Other than that it was perfect and the bed very comfortable. We bought a travel card before we left for Spain so used that to get around on the buses and the Metro. La Ramblas is about 20 minutes away. We did an open top bus tour and went down to the Marina and beach too. There is a fantastic Asian eat as much as you like buffet called Wok Dao about 15 minutes walk away which is amazing. The magic fountains are at Esplanada and this is about 10 minutes walk but they were not working due to the season. I would definitely stay at this hotel again
