Just stayed here. Nice staff. Beautiful breakfast. The room is small and the bed was too hard for my Liking. Welcome at reception with a glass of cava-was nice.
Sadly, I didn’t care for the design or the function of the hotel. It is well located. Probably would not return. Too many other places to try.

Extremely small bedroom (710), with views of a corridor, definately in need of some renovation, proper cleaning and general TLC. I did mention reception that it was one of the most depressing rooms -ever-, but a room-change was not possible. There are several (better) H10 hotels in Barcelona, and if it were up to me: i shall never book this one again!!

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this clean and conveniently located hotel. We had a terraced room which was very well appointed and had an extremely large comfy bed.
The walls are quite thin and this is only a problem if you have neighbours who argue first thing in the morning! It was very quiet after they left. So recommend taking ear plugs although I think this is a common problem in many hotels and wouldn’t put me off staying again
The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.
I would highly recommend this hotel as in an ideal location for all the sights of Barcelona. The bus from the airport drops you off literally around the corner and the bus and metro for other sights are very close and easy to use.

I stayed at the H10 Universitat for 7 nights, on a conference/vacation combo. While the location is quite convenient and the service was good, the room was small and noisy. I could hear person in the next room snoring, flashing toilet etc. Also, one small elevator was far from enough. This hotel is overrated at 4 stars.

Nice hotel, great location, fab roof terrace, and friendly staff. There were also nice extras in the room, which were appreciated. Before booking I read many tripadvisor reviews and was aware that the room we booked was going to be small, but I didn't appreciate how small! However, it was cleaned to a good standard and was pleasant. We didn't have a view, but as it was only a base were not really bothered, I guess it meant that it was quiet at night away from the road. Myself and my husband have been married for 25 years, but even we didn't feel comfortable using the loo as it is practically in the room!
Breakfast was of a good standard and plenty of choice, my only niggle was that the beans were very cold.
Overall we had a lovely 3 night stay, and would recommend.
