The staff is fabulous! Rooms are beautiful and modern. Nothing was too much trouble for this staff! Highly recommend. Great location comfy beds! A few more pillows would be great but we just never asked. I would definitely stay here again. 👌

This hotel was exactly what we wanted. Our arrival was early as it was after a cruise ship trip. The desk personnel Fransesca and another young man were so very welcoming. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel, and it had a variety of choices, and they would also make you items. They served fresh orange juice, which we love. Nice lobby also. Location is walkable to many of the various Placas/Plazas and many stores and restuarants
Across from the hotel is also a gluten free bakery. The room itself was spotless. The bed very comfortable . Very tiny balcony, just looked at the back of hotel. We would come back!

What a great experience! The staff is just so helpful and lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. Every morning at breakfast they remembered us and had our drink ready - I’ve never experienced that at another busy hotel. Location is also very good - not a super touristic area but lots of shops and cafes and a short walk to La Rambla.

I can highly recommend this fantastic hotel in a great location in Barcelona, comfortable, clean and all the amenities you need. Breakfast has a great variety, we were upgraded to premium which was a lovely treat, Staff are so friendly and a credit to Olivia Balmes, we will be back !
