Hotel is very nice, clean and in great location . Close to a lot of shops and good restaurants.
Stuff is wonderful - especially Arnold was very accommodating and helpful.
Shower wasn't that great, handle was broken, floor had rust spots and tiles were missing. But over all was clean.

Excellent location., close to main shopping places. Friendly staff, very helpful. Amazing terrace. For drinks and snacks at night with a panoramic view of Barcelona. Very clean rooms. Try to ask for a room with a view of the Main Street Passeig de Gràcia.

We booked four days with this hotel located in mid town Barcelona. It's a basic hotel with a clean look. However, we learned quickly that the ownership has rigid, non-friendly attitudes towards clients that puts the customer at risk should the client encounter difficulties necessitating an accommodation. In our case, we asked for a cancellation of two of our four days because a change was made in our schedule that was beyond our control. The hotel refused to make an adjustment stating that it is hotel policy even though we were put under special hardship as a result of their decision. We were told that the ownership is unflinching in their rigidity and wouldn't even accommodate situations involving severer personal crisis. I personally have never confronted such rigid practices. In this case, there is so much demand that the hotel would be able to make a profit because we had a discounted rate and the current demand is so high they could charge much more if they allowed our request for a cancellation of two days. The hotel ownership has taken this position from some inexplicably rigid policy making that suggests they are unsuitable owners of hospitality services. We recommend that travelers keep their distance.

Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. We had a terrace room overlooking the Passeig de Gràcia and it was beautiful. Not the “swankiest” decor/fittings in the room, but very nice and clean. Walking distance to all the best shopping—and also near plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes. The rooftop bar/lounge was the perfect place every evening for a nightcap. Stunning views of the city—including the Sagrada Família.

The best location you could ask for, close to high end shops, and important landmarks. Reasonable prices, clean and great breakfast options. The cherry on top by far the best service I ever received by Pol on the reception, makes you feel like home.
