We stayed in the Urquinaona hotel for 4 days in July 22 during a city break with Jet2 to Barcelona. Cannot recommend it highly enough ! Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a really good choice.
Without reservation we can thourougly recommend this hotel.
I have been using a few of the H10s recently as I find them to be well located, exceptional staff, very clean, and little extras are included. This one was no different; they went out of their way to exceed my expectations.
James and I arrived from an early flight and the nice young man at reception explained that unfortunately they were full and could not check us in until later, he took the details and luggage, offered us refreshments and advised he would call us when the room was ready! This was great. We headed out and came back to a room ready and beautifully presented, with water, coffee and amenities.
The rooftop bar was quiet, and had a good choice of snacks and nice drinks looked after by a very attentive waiter. Towels were available, there was a small selection of seats and loungers.
The garden for drinks in the evening was beautiful and a real hidden gem.
Breakfast was super with prosecco and a variety of foods to choose from, we found the baked goods and coffee to be exceptional, the lady who served us was super nice too and thanked us for coming!
I would highly recommend and I would most definitely return to this particular property as the staff were brilliant.
Rooms are small so a Junior suite is a great option here, with its very own little garden, chairs and a hot tub!

Perfect location. I wanted to try the the H10 hotels and I loved this location . I walked past the others that are near but this one is the best halfway point for me . If you take the Aerobús from airport perfect and convenient leaves you block and a half away which is good if you have luggage. Then you have to visit sagrada familia you can walk a little length but overall found it walkable . As for property my room was a smart room yet I would have liked explanation etc , bathroom needed showing signs of wear , breakfast is expensive but if you book straight on H10 website it is included. They do have a star in their property and that is Rosario from check in to other nights she was so helpful with information, nice , and truly was great .

I’ve visited Barcelona twice, stayed here both times, and will stay here again if I ever make a third trip. The staff is welcoming and incredibly helpful. The rooms were well-maintained and incredibly quiet—-we were on the 3rd floor, overlooking the Plaza, and never had our sleep disturbed by noise. The beds are comfortable and shower water pressure is excellent. Location is great for exploring at Eli a by foot, and the Metro is right across the street. And booking directly with the hotel comes with free breakfast buffet, with a good selection.
In all, I love this hotel, and recommend it without any reservations.

Just returned for a lovely stay!
We stayed for 3 nights in a family room with an internal view rather than balcony.
This is in a fantastic location just 2 mins from Placa Catalunya where we caught the tour bus each day. The hotel was walking distance to so many attractions, shops and restaurants. We loved the gothic quarter.
We were welcomed with treats and drinks which was lovely after a late flight. Breakfast was really lovely!
