I went to this hotel for a 3 night city break with my daughter. The staff were so friendly (all friendly but a particular mention to the man on reception and the barman - didn’t get their names unfortunately) and the hotel was perfect. I really couldn’t fault it at all. The choice of breakfast food was excellent and hot food perfectly cooked. Nothing was too much trouble and although only a coffee machine in the room, a kettle can be supplied if requested. The beds were extremely comfortable- memory foam I think so a little warm but fine for us this time as only 13 C outside. The hotel decoration is very tastefully done and the hotel is in a perfect location, across the road from the Urquinaona metro station. Easy to walk lots of places also from the hotel - just down the road from Plaza Catalunya, near lots of bars, restaurants and shops. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Also we arrived a couple of hours before our check in time but our room was ready for us which was really appreciated after an early 4 am start that day.

We opted for the Jacuzzi suite, so situated on the top level our room was bright open, and had good use of space. Water was provided daily and the only problem we had was the jacuzzi was cold. (55 and cloudy outside) once we called it in the maintenance person was there like immediately after we hung up (crazy fast service) and we had a nice warm jacuzzi in one hour. The deck had a faint view far away of the sagrada familia, and the staff was just superb. Helpful and kind, we would recommend anyone basing in Barcelona to stay here. Walk to the gothic quarter, walk to las ramblas, quick metro to sagrada familia and near shopping. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Beautiful hotel, with amazing location, great breakfast provided as part of our package and tremendous value for money. Staff very helpful and can't fault. Will be back for sure.
