Great location

Arrived from Canada…to live here.
Treated with very kind staff that spoke many languages. Kindness, and very helpful in all regards. The manager also made an effort to greet us and ensure we were happy.
Bernory was at from desk always helping and with a warm greeting. The location is great, close to beach, at the Rambla and close to metro. I ended up living only one black from hotel, absolutely love it here. Rooms are as they are priced, not fancy, but clean and close to where we wanted to be. Happy to say thanks for our time there.

Excellent stay! Very nice room. Walking distance to the beach access! I was pleasantly surprised at the afforable price for the location. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Barcelona.

Exceptional Experience!

I have travelled the world, visiting 102 different countries. I say this, not to boast, and only to explain I have had a lot of hotel ‘experiences’ on my travels.

I have also experienced various Travel Lodges in various countries so when I say that my experience of the Travel Lodge in Poblenou, Barcelona, has been the very best ever.

During this crazy Covid time, it is not always easy for people to stay positive, helpful and, most importantly JOYFUL!

The service from every single staff I met has been a joyous experience. Ignacio, Jane and Jorge have been so kind with me and I wish to thank them publicly. It is important to know what a difference your attitude makes in an insane world.

The room was perfectly spotless and had wonderful internet. The breakfast in the reception area was nourishing with lots of choice and these three staff were so accommodating.

My wife and I will be returning to Barcelona to do more of our teaching and we will always choose Travel Lodge, Poblenou as our preferred hotel. Thank you to everyone. Muchas gracias y espero volver a verte pronto! 🙏

Travelodge Poblenou used to be excellent

As a very loyal customer I have stayed there many many times. The last time I was there they decided to harass and terrorise me. The police were called and there was a commotion which upset some of the other residents. Today I went to collect my passport and medication and other things which were left there whilst I had to report something to the police. Travelodge are refusing to return my passport and medication. Booking.com know all about it and so do the police and now the whole thing is going to be sent to Legalitas for them to deal with.

Great and helpfull staff!!!

We were staying at the hotel 11 days. (Vocation with family).Location is perfect! We just love it! Close to the beach area and so many cozy restaurants around. The hotel is good, not more then this. The rum is really small, beds are not so comfortable to sleep ( once again for 11 days) but cleaning is perfect whenever you need! No view from the rum at all and sometimes noisy , because of construction works outside that can wake you up at 7 am. WF -NOT FREE! That was strange! GREAT STAFF , that makes this place and atmosphere warmer! They will help you with everything! They do always extra even if you ask for a small thing! No doubt ! Special thanks to Bernary, you were so attentive and helpful! You are all guys do great job!!! Good luck with everything you do! Regards, Irina
